Critter
critter.pet/
Critter is a CRM and marketing-automation tool built specifically for pet care businesses, pulling booking data from platforms like Time to Pet and Precise Petcare and automating client outreach by email and text. The homepage doesn't describe features abstractly — it shows a mocked sample business dashboard with concrete numbers: 847 active clients, three named campaigns (Birthday Wishes at 81% engagement, Spring Grooming at 68%, a Win-Back Series at 72%), and $24,580 in month-to-date revenue. It also visualizes a four-stage 'Customer Lifecycle' (New Lead, Active Client, At Risk, Lost) with automated transition rules between them, and names an AI feature, 'Togo AI,' for drafting client communications from the synced data.

Critter uses a cream page background (#fcfaf4) with dark plum headings (#3d001d) and an orange-red accent (#e75736) for every button. The desktop page is 5,959 pixels tall and ends in a red footer band. Headlines use the detected display serif, SangBleu Kingdom, while body copy uses Suisse International. There is no visible top navigation, so the first screen opens directly on the headline "Automation engine for growing pet care businesses". The layout alternates image and text rows down the page. The brand matches the catalog name, Critter, and the page reads as a marketing site for pet care operators.
Above the fold
The hero centres a serif headline above a two-line sans subhead, "Turn insights into action with data-driven tools for CRM, marketing, & ongoing client engagement at scale". A row of seven pill tabs, "Funnel", "Togo", "Programs", "Customers", "Lead Gen", "Campaigns" and "Texting", introduces a browser-style mock-up headed "hub.critter.pet". Inside it, a "Customer Lifecycle" card lists four stages beside an "Active Rules" panel with four rules.
Feature grid and data connection
A "Features built to scale pet care businesses" heading opens a grid of 20 tiles in four columns and five rows, each with a small orange icon and a label such as "Email Marketing", "Texting" and "Automated Funnel Tracking". Below it, "Connect your data" sits beside a stacked diagram of three sources, "Time to Pet", "Precise Petcare" and "CSV Upload", feeding a box labelled "Critter CRM" with 2,237 customers. Source rows carry green "Synced" or "Complete" badges.
Capture, engagement and insight rows
"Capture leads" pairs a card with a "New Client Special" form, with fields "Your name", "Email" and "Pet's name", beside a "Meet & Greet" day picker and a referral link. "Real automation requires good data" is a centred paragraph with a "Book a Demo" button. "Engage your clients" sits beside a campaign card listing "Birthday Wishes", "Spring Grooming" and "Win-Back Series", with a texting thread. "Know your business" closes the pair with a "Business Insights" chart card.
Closing section and footer
The "Built with ease and speed in mind" row lists four centred columns, "Growth accelerators", "Set-it-and-forget-it", "White glove support" and "Onboarding included", each with an icon and a short paragraph. A bordered orange frame titled "Schedule a demo today" holds a "Book a Demo" button. The footer is an orange band with a "Start Free Trial" button and links "Pricing", "Contact Us", "Support", "Sign In", "Privacy" and "Terms".
On mobile
At 390 pixels the hero headline breaks onto three lines and the pill tabs collapse into icons with their labels hidden. The 20-tile feature grid becomes two columns, and the data diagram stacks above "Connect your data". The orange footer links wrap onto two lines beneath the "Start Free Trial" button.
Worth borrowing
- Four-column tile grids with one small icon per tile repeat the same card treatment across the feature list.
- Quoted sentence headings such as "Real automation requires good data" are set in serif, with a sans paragraph below.
- Orange is reserved for buttons, icons and the footer band, while cream backgrounds carry every section.
