Hedra

hedra.com/

Hedra builds AI models for generating, perceiving, and predicting visual content - image, video, and audio - offered both as an Agent interface for planning creative projects and as an API or MCP server for developers to integrate directly. The homepage notably skips typical SaaS hero language; there's no 'transform your workflow' framing, just a functional split into four sections (Agent, API, Research, Company) serving different audiences. It does not cite specific performance numbers, benchmarks, or named customers anywhere on the page, leaning instead on technical signals like published API documentation, a llms.txt file, and references to 'reusable skills' and 'collaborative canvases' as evidence the product is production-ready rather than a prototype.

Hedra design review: what the page does, section by section

The homepage runs 9,866 pixels at 1440px wide. A full-bleed hero leads into a scrolling ticker, a light "Research lab" statement, then four numbered blocks: "Creative Studio", "Developer API", "Sovereign Inference" and "From the Lab". A "What will you create?" banner and black footer close it. Light grey fields alternate with near-black bands, and the detected blues #144669, #182b47 and #495b77 echo the hero shading. Fonts listed: ppValve and Geist. Monospace numbered labels give it a research-lab tone.

HeroesView crop

The hero fills the first screen with a rippled copper-and-blue metallic landscape behind the centred headline "Visualize Anything", framed by thin corner brackets. Two pill buttons follow: white "Create with Studio" and outlined "Build with the API". A one-line subtitle sits near the bottom of the image, with "Log in" and "Sign Up" at top right.

FeaturesView crop

The black "Developer API" block is headed by "The best developer experience for building with AI." A horizontal strip of rounded image cards, cut off at both edges, is captioned "Music Models", "Avatar Models", "Video Models" and "Image Models". One white "Get the API" pill ends the block.

PricingView crop

Three equal cards sit side by side: "Basic" at $15 per month with 1500 credits, "Creator" at $30 with 5400 credits and a "POPULAR" tag, and "Professional" at $75 with 14400 credits and a "BEST VALUE" tag. Each has a "Choose plan" button. Only Professional gets a blurred sky-blue background and a black button.

About UsView crop

This dark page opens with "Hedra builds the research and infrastructure behind visual intelligence.", two words brightened against grey. Numbered monospace labels organise the rest: an essay, a "Backed by" row of four investor logos, six values from "Meritocracy" to "Hands-On Leadership" as ruled rows, and a "Join Our Team" block with New York and San Francisco cards.

Affiliate pagesView crop

The ambassador page centres "Hedra Ambassador Program" over a dark "Become an Ambassador" button. A rendered metal coin sits below, with four leader lines pointing to benefits such as "Affiliate Earnings (15% Commission)" and "Early Beta Features". The rest of the capture is empty white space.

Careers pagesView crop

Careers opens with the oversized headline "Make things that make things." and a "See open roles" pill. A marquee alternates weights of "Research", "Design" and "Product". Under "Do the best work of your life." a large rounded black panel fills the space where roles should appear; it is empty, so the listing did not load.

Blog pagesView crop

The blog index starts with "News, ideas & notes from the team." A wide featured card for a customer story sits beside a large title and a "LATEST" label. Fifteen numbered posts then fill a three-column grid of thumbnails, bold titles and monospace author-and-date lines. Pagination and an RSS link follow.

FootersView crop

The black footer has four right-aligned link columns: "Product", "Resources", "Company" and "Legal". The left half is empty. A huge dark-grey "HEDRA" wordmark sits behind a monospace bottom row with "LINKEDIN", "INSTAGRAM", "DISCORD", a support email and "HEDRA 2026 — ALL RIGHTS RESERVED".

On mobile

At 390px the page runs 10,100 pixels. The hero keeps its headline and both buttons, now stacked. Three feature cards become one column with captions below the images,. The four lab steps stack as ruled rows, and footer links form one long right-aligned column. Text stays readable.

Worth borrowing

  • Prefix each block with a monospace number and label such as "02 BUILD ON PROVEN INFRASTRUCTURE" to index a long page.
  • Switch background between light grey and near-black per product line.
  • Repeat the same pair of pill buttons, "Open Creative Studio" and "Get the API", in every closing banner.
