Spline

spline.design/

Spline is a browser-based 3D design tool for building interactive 3D scenes and objects, with real-time collaboration and export paths into Webflow, Framer, React, Swift, and Kotlin projects. The homepage headline "Make anything 3D" is followed not by abstract feature bullets but by a code snippet showing exactly how a Spline scene gets embedded into a Webflow site, foregrounding integration over demonstration. Testimonials are attributed to named working designers rather than executives, including one from Resend's founding designer and another describing an enterprise pitch use case. A carousel of remixable community templates — 3D logos, gamified product pages, animated characters — substitutes for a features list, letting the output stand in for the pitch.

Each section below is cropped straight from Spline's live page — useful references for design & creative landing page design.

Spline design review: how the homepage is built

Spline's homepage runs 13,566 pixels on desktop. It moves from a black hero with floating coloured 3D shapes into a remix gallery, a logo wall, a showcase grid, testimonials, feature panels, a code embed and a footer. Nearly everything sits on black, and the blue #0062ff appears mainly on "Get started — it's free" buttons. The detected display typeface is Spline Sans, and no body face was detected. The distinctive choice is a live 3D scene as the hero, with the caption "Press and drag to orbit" below the call to action. The mobile capture runs 15,933 pixels.

Above the fold

The headline "The all-in-one platform for 3D and design" is centred over a field of tilted 3D blocks in pink, yellow, blue and green. Beneath it, "Spline is a design platform to create and collaborate on interactive production-ready experiences in real-time." sits above a single blue "Get started — it's free" button. The nav runs from "Products" to "Pricing", with "Log In" and "Get Started" at the right.

Remix gallery, logo wall and showcase grid

Below the hero, "A complete platform for real-time interactive design" introduces a strip of remixable community tiles, each captioned with a category and handle such as "Interactive Websites". "Empowering individuals and teams at world's leading organizations" sits above a logo wall of fifteen marks, from Google and Shopify to Siemens and Burton. "Where ideas become production-ready experiences" leads a showcase of nine website thumbnails in a three-by-three grid.

Feature panels and testimonials

A "Collaborative 3D Design, ready for production" block carries a "3D Design" pill, a "Learn more" button and an editor screenshot. A two-by-two grid follows, headed "Express your creativity in 3D", "Layer-based materials", "Interactivity & Motion" and "Variables & Data". Testimonials quote "Andrew Pons" and "Zeh Fernandes" in large centred text. A "Hana – a canvas for interactive design" block then shows a gradient preview.

Closing section and footer

Four bordered boxes, "Library", "Academy", "Docs" and "Download", sit beneath a "Community Platform" card. "Design. Collaborate. Ship." closes the page above a blue "Get started — it's free" button. The black footer has link columns headed "Products", "Resources", "Company" and "Contact", the line "© 2026 - Spline, Inc." and five social icons.

On mobile

At 390px the hero headline wraps to three lines and the 3D blocks shrink around it. The remix gallery shows two tiles per row, with the second column cropped at the edge. The logo wall becomes a horizontal strip cut off at the right. The showcase stacks as a single column of website screenshots, and the testimonials become three stacked cards. The footer lists every link in one column.

Worth borrowing

  • A live 3D object as the hero makes the product's output visible before any copy is read.
  • Keeping the page on black lets the blue "Get started — it's free" button stand out in every section.
  • Dark feature cards, each with a small isometric illustration, turn features into a scannable set.
