Teamwork
teamwork.com/
Teamwork.com positions itself as professional services automation rather than generic project management — combining project tracking, resource planning and financial/profitability reporting specifically for client-billing businesses like agencies and consulting firms. Its headline draws that line directly: "Most tools track work. We make it profitable." The homepage backs this with a set of specific operational figures rather than one vanity metric: 16K+ businesses, 40M+ billable hours tracked last year, 17K+ new client projects launched weekly, and a claimed 22% average boost in billable utilization within a customer's first year. It also runs head-to-head comparison content against Asana, Monday.com and ClickUp, and pushes "TeamworkAI" features like a project-setup wizard and profitability forecasting as its current differentiator.

The Teamwork homepage runs 12,775 pixels on desktop. A lilac gradient hero with a product table opens it, followed by a logo strip, four statistics, an AI announcement card, four alternating feature rows, a bento grid, a three-column resource block, an industry carousel, a comparison graphic, a dark testimonial and FAQ section, and a link footer. Colour pairs purple (#895ef7) buttons and pink (#f8cae8) panels with navy (#1d1c39) type, while cream (#fef1cb, #fedc86) fills table cells. Work Sans carries every heading in heavy weight. The page flips from light to navy at the testimonials.
Above the fold
The top bar lists five links, a "TeamworkAI" item, "Contact Sales", "Log in" and a purple "Try for free" pill. A badge reading "AI-POWERED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AUTOMATION" sits above the headline "Most tools track work. We make it profitable." Two buttons, "Start your free trial" and "Book a demo", precede the note "14 DAY TRIAL. NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED". A clients table with tinted cells, a play button and floating cards fills the lower hero.
Proof, AI card and feature rows
A grey strip shows six faded logos. "Happy customers. Happier clients. And the least-stressed teams around." leads into four figures: "16K+", "22%", "17K+" and "40M+". A gradient-bordered card with four cartoon avatars announces "Introducing the all-new AI Teammates" with a "Meet AI Teammates" button. Under "One platform for project, resource, and financial management.", four rows alternate sides, each with an icon, heading, three checkmarks and an outlined button.
Bento grid, resource columns and industries
"Up and running in days, not quarters." heads a bento grid: a navy "150+ integrations" tile with app icons, a lilac templates tile and a full-width pink security band with a "99% Uptime" tag. Three icon columns follow, then a pink banner with "Plan with confidence". A tabbed carousel, "Industries" and "Teams", shows photo cards for "Agencies", "IT Services & Software" and "Consulting".
Closing section and footer
A pink "How Teamwork.com compares." block contrasts a tangle of tool icons with a single logo. The page then turns navy: four testimonial tabs over a video card, six "FAQs" accordion rows and a bar of G2 and Capterra badges showing "4.5" twice. "Run more profitable client projects with Teamwork.com." closes with two buttons above a five-column footer, "COMPANY" through "COMPARE", and app-store badges.
On mobile
At 390px the page measures 11,838 pixels. The hero headline wraps to three lines and the two buttons stack full-width, with "Start your free trial" first. The statistics become a two-by-two grid and the logo strip shows two and a half logos. Feature rows, bento tiles and resource columns run in one column. The footer collapses into five accordion rows marked "+", and the rating bar keeps only the badges.
Worth borrowing
- Four large figures such as "16K+" and "22%" sit directly below the logo strip, putting proof before any feature copy.
- Feature rows repeat one template of icon, heading, three checkmarks and an outlined button, so four capabilities scan alike.
- Switching the lower third from light to navy at the testimonials sets the FAQs and badges apart from the marketing sections above.
