Vanta

vanta.com/

Vanta automates security compliance work — monitoring and evidence collection across 35+ frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR — for companies preparing for or maintaining audits. Its hero commits to a value proposition, "Trust is everything," then substantiates it with oddly specific customer-reported numbers rather than round ones: "2,000 hrs. saved annually," "93% of questionnaires" automated, "eliminated 10 spreadsheets." It claims 16,000+ customers, displays recognizable logos like Cursor, Snowflake and GitHub, and cites a Forrester Wave Leader designation with an embedded chart rather than just a badge. A dedicated "Vanta Agent" AI product gets its own section within the broader compliance suite.

Vanta design review: how the homepage is built

The Vanta homepage is 10,644 pixels tall at 1440px wide. It runs from a lavender hero to a logo strip, a grid of six product cards, a framework carousel, a dark "Built for you" block, portrait testimonials, an analyst report, a second lavender call to action and a dark purple footer. Colour centres on deep purple "#260048", bright violet "#5e05c4" and pale grey-lilac "#e3e0eb". Headlines use the serif Reckless against Inter Variable for UI and body text. The distinctive element is an illustrated llama mascot that appears in the hero, the audience cards and the closing banner.

Above the fold

A white nav lists "Platform", "Solutions", "Partners", "Resources" and "Plans", with "Log in" and a violet "Get a demo" pill. A dark purple strip reads "The GRC event of the year is back." The lavender hero centres the serif headline "Trust is everything" over an email field with an inline "Get a demo" button, while the llama stands at the right. A wide dashboard mock shows an "ISO 42001" checklist.

Logos and product cards

"Trusted by 16,000+ customers, from startup to enterprise" sits above 12 logos in two rows of six. "It's all here" introduces six cards in two rows of three, titled "Compliance", "Risk", "Third Party Risk", "Audit", "Trust Center" and "Questionnaire Automation", each with a one-line description and a cropped interface fragment. A split panel, "The Vanta Agent: your 24/7 GRC engineering team", follows, then a large GitHub quote on lilac.

Frameworks and audiences

"All the frameworks you need" is a horizontal carousel of outlined cards for "SOC 2", "ISO 27001", "HIPAA" and a cropped "GDPR", with arrow buttons and an "Explore all frameworks" pill. The page then turns dark navy for "Built for you": three lilac illustration tiles titled "Startups", "Mid-market" and "Enterprise", each with a paragraph, a "Learn more" link and a row of three customer logos.

Proof, resources and footer

"Proof? We've got proof." shows four portrait cards with company logos and names. A white band announces "Vanta named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™" beside a quadrant chart, with a "Get the report" button. Four pastel resource cards lead to "The new standard for trust" and a "Get a demo" button beside the llama. The dark purple footer has seven link columns, a "HIRING" tag and four compliance badges.

On mobile

At 390px the banner wraps to two lines, and the hero dashboard shrinks to a small thumbnail with the llama placed below it. The logo strip becomes two columns of six rows. Product cards stack into a single column, the framework carousel keeps its horizontal scroll, and the three audience tiles stack. Portrait testimonials show their quote text. The footer link columns collapse into a two-column list.

Worth borrowing

  • Placing the email field and "Get a demo" button in the hero headline block removes a click between the promise and the conversion.
  • Giving every product card a cropped live interface fragment, such as the "Inherent risk" grid, shows the feature without a screenshot tour.
  • Alternating lavender, white and dark navy bands gives a long page clear chapter breaks without extra dividers.
