Airmeet

airmeet.com/

Airmeet is a virtual and hybrid event platform for webinars, conferences, and internal townhalls, built around interactive features like networking lounges, exhibition booths, and gamified Q&A rather than one-way broadcast video. It cites a 4.6/5 rating from 750+ G2 reviews, 4,000+ organizations, and events run at 50,000+ attendees, alongside G2 awards for "Easiest Setup" and "Best Support" in the enterprise category. Its newer AI feature, AirGenie, generates event summaries, blog posts, and social copy automatically. Rather than static screenshots, the page embeds nine separate video walkthroughs for specific use cases, and it maintains dedicated comparison pages positioning itself directly against Zoom and GoToWebinar.

Airmeet design review: how the homepage is built

Airmeet's homepage runs 12,018 pixels on desktop and opens on white with a peach glow behind the hero, picking up #fbd8b7 and #f7cafa. A top banner shifts through #785601 into #c687b6. Headlines are set in Circular, the detected display face. The hero is type-led, with the badge row and the start of a stat card below the buttons. The page is proof-heavy: G2 badges, video cards, testimonial carousels and logo strips come before the closing call to action, and the features sit in an AI tool grid. A visible "Host Login" link sits beside "Attend an Event", so the page serves organisers and attendees.

Above the fold

The hero headline reads "Your High-Stakes Events, Powered by Engagement", with the subhead beginning "Airmeet helps you deliver robust, customizable, and engaging experiences" and ending with a promise about events and training programs. Below, an outlined "Start Your Free Trial" sits beside a solid black "Book a Demo", with "No credit card needed" beneath. Eight G2 badges, led by "High Performer", follow. A bar above the nav reads "See Airshots in Action".

AirGenie, G2 proof and video testimonials

Beneath the fold, a "Trusted by over 4000+ Organizations" strip carries logos including Maximus, bsi and Tetra Tech. A "NEW IN AIRMEET 2026" block introduces AirGenie beside a 2x2 grid of cards headed "AI Event Summary", "AI Blog Post Generator", "AI Social Posts" and "AI Event Analytics". A "Top Rated on G2" paragraph follows, then two video carousels headed "Explore the power of Airmeet" and "See why teams love Airmeet".

Integrations, use cases and webinar resources

Further down, "Best HubSpot integration for Webinars" sits in a grey panel beside a CRM card mock-up and a cluster of app icons. "Special use cases" follows as a row of pill filters with "Townhalls" active in black, above a two-column card. "Keeping your webinars" introduces a carousel of four resource cards, and "Transforming Learning & Development with Airmeet" introduces three customer case cards.

Closing section and footer

The close repeats the proof pattern: "Experience it for Yourself" sits above a short paragraph and a black "Book a Demo" button. "Community News" shows three article cards. The footer uses five labelled columns headed "Platform", "Use cases by Industry", "Use cases", "Resources" and "Support", with compliance badges above a bottom bar reading "© 2026 Airmeet Inc. or its affiliates, all rights reserved."

On mobile

At 390px the nav becomes a menu icon beside a "Schedule a Demo" button, and the two hero buttons, "Start Your Free Trial" and "Book a Demo", stay side by side. The eight badges shrink into one small row, and the video and testimonial cards become single-column carousels. The footer collapses into accordion rows labelled "Quick Links", "Platform", "Solutions", "Use Cases" and "Resources".

Worth borrowing

  • G2 badges sit directly under the hero buttons, before any product explanation.
  • The AirGenie block pairs one paragraph with a 2x2 grid of titled AI tool cards.
  • The mobile footer folds the desktop link columns into accordions.
