Brainfish
brainfishai.com/
Brainfish builds AI support agents for B2B companies that answer from a product's own knowledge base and then take action across connected systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Stripe, rather than just replying with text. The hero line, "Resolve the tickets every other AI agent escalates," is followed by named case-study numbers rather than generic praise: a 92% resolution rate for Smokeball, 2x qualified leads for Coassemble, 99% CSAT maintained for Huntress. It shows worked example tickets end to end — a multi-subscription refund resolved in 42 seconds, an MFA reset, a log-collection triage — walking through the exact system checks each playbook performs, and states plainly it is "Built in Sydney. Deployed globally."

More blog pagesBrainfish design review: how the homepage is built
The page alternates between pale and dark bands: a white hero with lime blurs, a strip of security claims, a plum-and-black gradient block for a product launch, a light stretch of statistics and a quote, three numbered feature rows, a large product screenshot, a charcoal enterprise section, and a lime-washed closing call to action above a footer. It measures 8858px at 1440px wide. Lime #a3e635 marks buttons and ticks, with #371228 behind the dark launch block. Headlines use Fraunces serif, while Geist sets interface-style text. Product mockups appear inside every feature row.
Above the fold
The nav has "Product", "Workflows" tagged NEW, "Customers", "Pricing" and "Company", plus "Sign in" and a lime "Book a demo" button. The serif headline "Scale your best support across every channel." sits left over a paragraph and two buttons, lime "Book a demo" and outlined "Join webinar". Under them, "Trusted by" precedes four logos. A chat bubble floats at right. A scrolling strip of green-ticked claims follows, including "No training on your data" and "Private tenant".
Launch block, statistics and feature rows
A dark gradient block announces "Meet BALLET", a "Get early access" button and a floating action card. Next, "Agents your customers actually trust." heads a four-cell stat row: "92%", "2×", "+37" and "60%", each credited to a customer. A quote from Elisha Anderton follows. Three numbered rows then alternate mockup and text: "Solve complex support this week.", "Make support your best growth tool." and "Measure what works. Fix what doesn't.", each with four arrow bullets.
Product screenshot and enterprise section
"Great agents start with the right context." opens with a "THE BRAINFISH DIFFERENCE" pill and an "Explore the product" button above a wide knowledge-review screenshot with red and blue text highlights. The page then turns charcoal for "Enterprise-ready on day one.", with four ticked cards: "SOC 2 Type II", "GDPR", "ISO 27001" and "Data residency". "Plugs into the stack you already pay for." sits beside a grid of integration tiles including "Slack", "Zendesk" and "Claude (MCP)".
Closing section and footer
The closing block, "Build an AI agent that knows your customers.", is centred serif type over lime blurs with one lime "Book a demo" button. The footer shows the fish wordmark with a green "All platforms & systems operational" badge, two link columns headed "Product" and "Company", social icons, a very large pale wordmark and four small legal links. "Company" lists six links.
On mobile
At 390px the nav collapses and the hero buttons stack, lime first. The BALLET block grows into a vertical chain of workflow cards. The four statistics become full-width rows, and each feature row puts text above its mockup. Compliance cards and integration tiles reflow into one and two columns. The closing button spans the full width, and the footer columns pair side by side.
Worth borrowing
- A scrolling strip of compliance claims under the hero answers security doubts before any feature is shown.
- Switching to a dark gradient for one launch block makes the new product stand apart from the light page.
- Mockups inside numbered Build, Grow and Refine rows explain a workflow in sequence.
