Tidio
tidio.com/
Tidio combines live chat, a help desk, and an AI agent called Lyro that's positioned to close sales and bookings, not just answer questions. Its current hero line frames support as a revenue channel rather than a cost center: "What did your last 100 conversations earn you?" It backs that with a specific resolution figure — "Lyro resolves 67% of conversations instantly" — and a named case citing $66K+ in revenue attributed to Lyro chats for one brand. The site claims 300,000+ businesses as users and cites a 4.6/5 rating from 1,900+ G2 reviews, alongside customer logos including Under Armour and The Body Shop. Channels covered include chat, email, WhatsApp and Instagram through one inbox.

The home page runs 10530px at 1440px wide: a blue announcement bar and nav, a centred hero, a pale demo panel, three product cards, navy stat tiles with "It's for you if..." argument blocks and a logo strip, a custom-agent panel, three steps, integrations, a closing CTA and a dark footer. Colour centres on #0566ff blue and #64ed80 green with #cdddf7 tints. Display type is euclidcircularb.

A rating line, "4.6 (1879+ reviews)", sits above the headline "More automation, less \"I hate your support\"". One paragraph follows, then a green "Start for free" button beside an outlined "Contact sales". A pale panel holds one chat bubble, "Do you offer international shipping?", above "Watch video".
FeaturesView crop
Under "A complete service platform, built for human and AI alignment", three equal cards each pair a blue illustration with a title and short paragraph: a Lyro chat mock-up, a Help Desk and Live Chat diagram, and an Automations flow. Navy buttons read "More about Lyro", "More about Help Desk", "More about Live Chat" and "More about Flows".
FootersView crop
The navy footer opens with five link columns, "TIDIO", "PRODUCT", "RESOURCES", "COMPARE" and "SUPPORT", beside "Contact sales" and "Pricing" buttons and review scores such as "4.6 on G2". A "Join 300k+ businesses that use Tidio" strip precedes six topic columns and social icons.
CTAsView crop
A rounded navy panel with a blue glow carries "Join the new standard in customer service" and a line ending "customer service envy." On the right, a green "Start for free" button with "No credit card required" sits above a white "Contact sales" button, repeating the hero pairing.
Pricing & PlansView crop
The pricing page opens with "Your AI-powered plans", two selectable cards and a slider calculator whose "Total price" reads "$0". "Compare plans" shows four columns, Starter at "$24.17" up to Premium, then add-on cards, a long checkmark table and a "Frequently Asked Questions" accordion.
About UsView crop
The about page begins with "We are Tidio" beside a team photo, then "Mission" with a large blue pull quote, "Team" with a dotted world map, "Leadership" with five portrait cards, and "Our Journey" with a 2013 to 2023 timeline. "Awards" and "Connect With Us" close it.
Contact UsView crop
On a navy page, "Scale your customer service without sacrificing trust" heads three checkmarked bullets and a customer quote. A white card shows a three-step form, "Company's website", "Contact details" and "Pick a date", with one "Website*" field and a green "Next step" button.
Affiliate pagesView crop
"Become a Tidio Partner" opens the page, with a green "Join the Partner Program" button beside four portrait photos. A navy band offers three bordered cards, "Agency Partners", "Affiliate Partners" and "Ambassadors", each with "Become a Partner", then four benefit columns and an "Apply now" banner.
Blog pagesView crop
The blog starts with a category bar of seven tabs from "Chatbots" to "Marketing". "Most popular" pairs one large card with three thumbnails, and "Latest articles" runs wide cards then rows of three with dark label tags. "Show more posts" precedes "Resources", four ebook and webinar cards.
On mobile
At 390px the hero stacks into one column with full-width "Start for free" and "Contact sales" buttons, and the demo becomes a two-bubble chat. Product cards stack, each with its own button. Footer lists collapse into accordion rows such as "CHATBOT" and "LIVE CHAT".
Worth borrowing
- Pair a bold headline that quotes a customer complaint with one chat bubble, so the hero shows the product's job in a single line.
- Repeat the same green primary and white secondary button pair in the nav, hero, closing panel and footer so the action never changes.
- Alternate pale and navy bands, and give stat tiles their own tinted cards, to mark where the argument shifts.
