Apollo
apollo.io/
Apollo is a go-to-market platform built around a database of 240M+ contacts and 30M+ companies, paired with AI agents that research prospects, prioritize leads, and draft outreach, either inside Apollo's own workspace or pushed into a CRM, Gmail, ChatGPT, or Claude via an “Apollo Anywhere” integration layer. The homepage structures itself explicitly as a Data to Intelligence to Execution loop rather than a features list, and backs it with named customer testimonials citing specific figures (47% more meetings booked, deliverability moving from 72% to 94%) rather than generic praise. It also displays seven separate compliance badges (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CASA Tier 2, among others) in a row, a heavier trust-signal cluster than most sales tools bother with.

More blog pagesApollo design review: how the homepage is built
The page runs 10,720 pixels tall and is built in the order hero, logo and quote strip, stat cards, product grid, feature rows, compliance badges, sign-up panel, FAQ and footer. It is mostly white and warm off-white, with a yellow accent (#ebf212) on sign-up buttons, a deep plum (#3f3653) for the large statistic numerals and a grey footer (#b9b8b7). Headings use the serif display face seasonMix. The brand shown matches the metadata name. The sign-up block is the page's main device, appearing in the hero and again in the lower sign-up panel.
Above the fold
A centred headline reads "The AI sales platform for smarter, faster revenue growth", with a subhead beneath it. A pill labelled "No credit card required" sits above the form, which has an email field, a yellow "Sign up for free" button, a divider and outlined "Sign up with Google" and "Sign up with Microsoft" buttons. The header lists "Solutions", "Roles", "Resources" and "Pricing", with "Log in", "Get a demo" and "Sign up for free" at right.
Logo strip, quote, stat cards and product grid
A row headed "JOIN OVER 600,000 COMPANIES USING APOLLO" carries six logos. A serif quote reads "Every rep is more productive with Apollo. We booked 75% more meetings while cutting manual work in half." Three cards follow, captioned "70% increase in sales leads", "4X SDR efficiency" and "64% lower tech stack costs". Four icon cards titled "Outbound", "Inbound", "Data Enrichment" and "Deal Execution" close the section headed "Everything you need, from finding leads to winning deals".
Feature rows, customer cards and compliance badges
Feature rows headed "Turn hours of prospecting into minutes" and "Qualify and act on inbound leads in seconds". A plum "600K+" sits beside "The fastest growing businesses use Apollo". Four portrait cards are labelled "SALES LEADERS", "ACCOUNT EXECS", "SDRS" and "REV OPS". Eight compliance badges, including "GDPR" and "PCI DSS", sit under "Go to market with confidence—protected at every step".
Closing section and footer
A FAQ block headed "Frequently asked questions" lists ten questions, from "Does Apollo.io provide a large and rich B2B contact and company database?" to "Can Apollo.io scale with a business as sales needs grow?". The grey footer has a large starburst logo and link columns headed "Get started", "Solutions", "Platform", "Roles", "Use Cases", "Resources" and "Company". A column headed "Ask AI about Apollo" shows five assistant icons.
On mobile
At 390px the hero text stacks, with a full-width yellow "Sign up for free" button above the sign-up buttons. Stat cards stack under the quote, and the product cards become a vertical list. Feature rows move beneath each image, with a black "Get started for free" button above an outlined "Learn more". The compliance badges wrap into rows of three, three and two.
Worth borrowing
- Repeating the same sign-up choice of email, Google and Microsoft in the hero and again lower down keeps the one action in view.
- A single oversized figure, "600K+", set in plum beside a short caption lets one number carry a whole section.
- Grouping eight compliance marks into a labelled grid under their own headline makes certifications scannable without a separate page.
