Clickhouse
clickhouse.com/
ClickHouse is a column-oriented SQL database built for real-time analytical queries over large datasets, pitched here as "the leading database for AI" for teams building agentic systems that need millisecond queries at petabyte scale. The homepage runs a client logo carousel dense enough to include Meta, Spotify, Cisco, and Cloudflare, then backs open-source credibility with exact GitHub figures — 50k+ stars, 3.2k+ contributors, 868+ releases. A dedicated "Why is ClickHouse so Fast?" section runs a visual row-vs-column comparison rather than asserting speed as a bare claim, and a banner announces the recent acquisition of Langfuse for LLM observability. Cloud pricing is stated directly: plans start at $50/month.

The homepage runs about 9,738px on desktop. It opens with a centred hero, then two announcement strips, a "CLICKHOUSE IS TRUSTED BY" logo band, four use-case cards, three testimonial video cards, a "Why ClickHouse?" panel, an integration diagram, a row-versus-column explainer, a yellow "Deploy your way" band, community statistics, a five-question FAQ, an install command and a footer. Colour is a near-black base (#171816, #484847) with one acid yellow (#fdfe6c) for buttons, links, highlights and a full-width band. Headings use basier with Inter for body copy. Diagrams and yellow blocks carry the page instead of product screenshots.
HeroesView crop
The hero centres a two-line headline, "The leading database for AI", above one sentence about "millisecond queries at petabyte scale." Two buttons follow: a filled yellow "Start free cloud trial" and an outlined "Contact sales". Two announcement boxes sit below.
FeaturesView crop
Under the eyebrow "USE CASES" and the heading "Built for every modern data challenge", four equal bordered cards sit in a row. Each has a yellow outline icon, a title such as "Observability", a short description and a yellow arrow link like "Explore observability →".
Logo cloudsView crop
A small yellow label, "CLICKHOUSE IS TRUSTED BY", introduces two staggered rows of oversized grey logos on a lighter charcoal band. Visible names include Meta, ebay, Microsoft, Spotify, Lyft, HubSpot, LangChain, character.ai, ramp, COGNITIV, STATSIG and DiDi. Both rows run off-frame.
PricingView crop
Three tall dark cards, "Basic", "Scale" and "Enterprise", each capped with a yellow top edge; "Scale" in the middle also gets a yellow outline. Each has an "Estimate your monthly cost ↓" button, a checklist, storage and compute prices and a yellow "Start your 30-day free trial" button.
FAQsView crop
The FAQ is five numbered accordion rows, 01 to 05, with the number set off by a thin divider and a plus sign on the right. Questions include "What is OLAP?". All rows are collapsed. The list is pushed to the right half of the page, leaving the left column empty.
About UsView crop
This crop is the Events page. A centred "Events" heading leads to an "Upcoming" list with "Region" and "Type" filter pills and a "Clear filters" control. A three-column grid of dark cards shows title, date and location, for example "Amsterdam User Conference" with Amsterdam (Netherlands). A "Recent events" row of three cards follows.
Contact UsView crop
The contact page puts "Contact us" and a single-sentence invitation above a narrow centred form. Fields are "First name" and "Last name" side by side, then "Business email", "Company", "Phone number", a "Use Case" dropdown and a tall text box, all required. A full-width yellow "Submit" button and a privacy note close it.
FootersView crop
The footer has five link columns, "Product", "Resources", "Company", "Join our community" and "Comparisons", the last with a "Partners" group beneath. A sixth block holds the logo, a newsletter field with a yellow "Sign up" button and a "Star us on Github" outline button. A bottom line holds the copyright and legal links.
On mobile
At 390px the page becomes a single column about 12,444px tall. The hero buttons stack at full width, the use-case cards become title rows with arrows, and the yellow feature tiles become full-width rows labelled "More →". The integration diagram shrinks to a thumbnail and the footer links split into two columns.
Worth borrowing
- Reserve one saturated accent for actions and a single full-bleed band, as the yellow "Deploy your way" section does against the near-black page.
- Put customer quotes in bright cards with a video thumbnail, named only by company ("Anthropic", "Tesla", "Lyft"), to break up dark sections.
- Collapse use-case cards into titled rows with arrows on mobile, so four options remain scannable without long scrolling.
