Markopolo

markopolo.ai/

Markopolo AI runs automated, personalized outreach for ecommerce brands across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and AI voice calls, using a proprietary model it calls Athena to predict and act on shopper behavior in real time. Rather than generic uplift numbers, the homepage attaches each claim to a named customer: 43% cart recovery versus a 12% industry baseline for Carnival Internet, $2.8M in recovered revenue in six months for Eastern Pickles, and 3.8M+ personalized messages sent monthly for eCourier. It describes Athena specifically as a "4B Large Event Model" reading live shopping behavior, and repeats that the recovery flows run "autonomously" with "no manual workflows or A/B testing required."

Markopolo design review: how the homepage is built

The homepage for Markopolo runs about 9,259 pixels at desktop width, stacked from a hero, a sequence of product panels, and a closing block with a large wordmark over the footer. The colour approach is dark: near-black sections over a photographic green hillside under a cloudy sky, with a lime accent #d8fe91 on buttons and highlighted words, and the deeper greens #273717, #3c5426 and #688649 in the imagery. Typography pairs a condensed display serif, Reckless Condensed M-TRIAL, with Booton-TRIAL for body copy. The landscape repeats from hero to footer, the one recurring visual device.

Above the fold

The first screen puts a 'Backed by HF0' pill above the headline 'Bring hyper-personalization to every eCommerce marketing channel', with eCommerce in lime. Two buttons follow, 'Start free' and 'Request demo', then 'No credit card required.' The subhead names email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and AI voice calls. Partner logos sit under the copy, above a dashboard headed 'Analytics' showing a 'Total revenue' figure.

Channel cards, abandoned-cart recovery and Shopify band

Next comes a band headed 'Turn customer signals into better-timed marketing', with five cards in a row, labelled 'Email', 'SMS', 'WhatsApp', 'Push notifications' and 'AI voice call'. Each card pairs a line icon with a short caption. Then 'Recover abandoned carts and checkouts with AI' introduces a bordered panel listing 'Browse abandonment recovery', 'Cart abandonment recovery' and 'Checkout abandonment recovery' beside a photographic tile. Further on, an 'Already on Shopify?' band carries an 'Install Markopolo AI' button.

Stories carousel, value drivers and product cards

The 'Stories from brands using Markopolo AI' carousel shows 'From 12% to 43% Cart Recovery for Carnival Internet', with stats of 43%, 67% and 2.4s. A centred 'Predict what each shopper will do next, and act while it still matters.' line follows. Then 'Built for consumer brands of all sizes.' sits over green hills, before an accordion of value drivers paired with an agent panel under 'Combine customer lifecycle marketing with 1:1 hyper-personalization'.

Closing section and footer

The 'Backed by insights from 1,400+ businesses.' block offers 'Start for free' beside 'See how it works', with 'No credit card required.' below. An oversized wordmark crosses the footer grass. Four link columns, headed 'Solutions', 'Resources', 'Persona' and 'Company', hold links such as 'Pricing' and 'Careers'. The bottom row carries '2026 © Markopolo AI Inc. All Rights Reserved' beside a bordered button.

On mobile

At 390px the nav collapses to a logo with a menu icon, and the hero headline wraps onto four lines above a narrow dashboard strip. The channel cards become a swipeable row with pagination dots, and the stats in the stories card stack vertically. Two-column blocks, including the CRM card, stack into single columns. The closing buttons sit full-width, and the footer links become one list.

Worth borrowing

  • Name the channels in the subhead, then repeat them as equal icon cards directly below, so the list reads as one set.
  • Pair an accordion of value drivers with an agent panel to show how the product works without video.
  • Give one customer case three large numeric stats in a single card, so the proof reads at a glance.
