PandaDoc is document software covering the full deal-paperwork lifecycle — drag-and-drop proposal creation, CRM-linked automation, e-signature with configurable signing order and identity verification, audit-trail tracking, and embedded payment collection on invoices — rather than e-signature alone. The homepage leads with a G2 claim ("rated #1 in proposals, eSignature, and contract management") and stacks each customer testimonial directly against a hard number: a 46x faster signature turnaround than DocuSign, a 25% increase in documents sent per month, a 50% cut in proposal creation time, and a 92% reduction in proposal creation time from a different customer — four separate, specifically sourced stats rather than one repeated headline figure.

The PandaDoc homepage is 8,433 pixels tall at desktop width and runs from a hero and logo strip through a product-video block, a document management band, security logos, a lavender feature grid, a customer quote, an integrations grid, a demo form and a footer. The detected greens #248567 and #156952 carry the buttons and logo mark, while pale lavender #c9b7f3 and mint #b3d5d7 fill the feature panels and top announcement strip. Headings use graphikL, the display face in the page metadata. Most of the page sits on a warm off-white background, so colour arrives through panels and tiles.
Above the fold
Above the fold, a centred headline reads "Make proposals that make impressions" over a two-line subhead and two buttons, a solid green "Get Started" and an outlined "Talk to sales". A mint banner above the navigation says "PandaDoc is rated #1 in proposals, eSignature, and contract management by G2". A row of client logos sits under the buttons, and a video frame of a "New Document" template picker follows below.
Document management band and feature grid
The band headed "The complete document management solution" lists six stages, "Create", "Collaborate", "Automate", "Sign", "Analyze" and "Get paid", beside a green proposal preview with a floating "Add fillable fields" panel. Below, "Designed to make every agreement easier" introduces a lavender CPQ panel headed "Impress buyers with automated quotes tailored just for them", then four cards headed "Rooms", "Smart content", "Automations" and "Tracking and analytics".
Security band, customer story and integrations
A security band headed "Safe, secure, and legally binding" shows badges for HIPAA, AICPA SOC, GDPR and Privacy Shield beside a paragraph on e-signature law. The customer story reads "PandaDoc's HubSpot integration is second to none in comparison to competitors." beside the metrics "92%" and "20%". An integrations grid of two dozen logos follows under "Built to integrate with all your favorite tools".
Demo form and footer
The demo form sits under "Streamline your document workflow" with a "Work email" field, a phone field and a green "Schedule your demo" button, after three numbered steps, "Fill out the form", "Book a time slot" and "Attend a demo". The footer groups links into five columns headed "Product", "Use cases", "Resources", "Compare" and "Company", and ends with "© 2026 PandaDoc Inc. All rights reserved." with a "Privacy Notice" link.
On mobile
At 390 pixels the navigation collapses to a logo, a "Request a demo" button and a menu icon, and the logo strip shrinks to three marks. Hero actions stack into one full-width "Get Started" button. The "Create" tab opens as an accordion, with "Collaborate", "Automate", "Sign", "Analyze" and "Get paid" collapsed beneath it. The customer story becomes a swipeable carousel, and the footer stacks into single columns.
Worth borrowing
- Feature panels are tinted in one lavender family, so the white product screenshots inside them stand out.
- Each feature card pairs a short label, such as "Rooms", with one large heading and one product mock.
- The customer proof is a single named case with two large metrics, "92%" and "20%", placed directly before the integrations grid.
