Rollups

rollups.com/

Rollups sells two structured legal vehicles for startups: Roll Up Vehicles (RUVs), which consolidate many small investors into a single cap-table line for fundraising, and Consolidation Vehicles, which retroactively merge existing SAFE holders and small investors the same way. The phrase "One Line on Your Cap Table" repeats roughly eight times down the page as the entire argument, rather than varying the message section to section. It backs the pitch with specific, checkable numbers — RUVs used to raise "from $50k to $100M+," one case saving a company "~$20,000 and ~2 weeks," another cutting "74 fewer lines" on a cap table — plus a named testimonial from investor Auren Hoffman.

Rollups's landing page, section by section

Each section below is cropped straight from Rollups's live page — useful references for finance & commerce landing page design.

Rollups design review: how the homepage is built

The page runs top to bottom in one dark green column: a hero, a two-option explainer, three case-study rows, a funding timeline, a logo grid, a question list and a footer. Colours come from a deep green background (#295732) with cream type and buttons (#e4eac8), and thin rules frame most blocks. Meta lists PP Neue Corp and Suisse Intl for display type and AbcFavoritMono for body text. The full desktop page is 7,738 pixels tall. Distinctive for its category are the illustrated arc in the hero and the cap table diagrams, which explain the product through drawings.

Above the fold

The headline "Take control of your equity" sits over the subhead "Rollups makes it easy for companies to consolidate many stakeholders into one vehicle". An email field beside a "GET STARTED" button sits on the left, and a hatched arc labelled "SERIES A ROLLUP (45 INVESTORS)" fills the right half. A "READ ANNOUNCEMENT" strip tops the hero, and "Rollups is trusted by over 50,000 investors and companies" introduces five partner logos.

Two ways and three case studies

A two-column block headed "Two ways companies use Rollups" sets out "Raise" and "Consolidate", each with a "LEARN MORE" link and a diagram. The Raise diagram feeds investor avatars into a "Roll Up Vehicle (RUV)" box, and the Consolidate diagram lists four stakeholder rows under a "Consolidation Vehicle" bar. "Rollups in action" then lists three case studies, "Raise with Roll Up Vehicles®", "Consolidate legacy stakeholders" and "Streamline acquisitions", each with four bullets and a "SHOW TESTIMONIAL" button.

Funding timeline and law-firm logo grid

The timeline, headed "Used by companies at every stage", runs a curved line past four labelled stops: "PRE-SEED", "SEED", "SERIES A" and "SERIES C". A side column reads "Rollups scales with you." above a "GET STARTED" button. The band "Top law firms & companies trust us to consolidate stakeholders" sits over a six-by-two grid of twelve company wordmarks divided by hairline borders.

Closing section and footer

The closing block, headed "Everything You Need to Know", lists five questions with plus and minus toggles, and the first answer is open: "Rollups is the name of our company." The footer repeats "Request an AI summary of this page", links to "Careers", "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Service" and "Disclosures", and credits "Design by Altalogy". A ticker strip at the very bottom repeats "GET STARTED" between rules.

On mobile

At 390 pixels the top navigation links disappear and the hero stacks its headline, email field and announcement strip in one column. The partner logos become one row that runs off both edges. The two-option section gains a "RAISE" and "CONSOLIDATE" toggle, so one diagram shows at a time. The case studies stack into single columns, and the timeline becomes an arrow-controlled carousel around "PRE-SEED". The logo grid turns into two columns.

Worth borrowing

  • Pairing each case study with its own small diagram lets a cap table change be read at a glance.
  • A two-option toggle at narrow widths keeps a side-by-side comparison to one panel at a time.
  • A funding timeline with one plain sentence per stage shows the product's range without long copy.
