team-today.com/
Team Today is a hybrid-work coordination tool: it shows who's working from home, in the office, offsite or on holiday, and layers in desk/parking booking via interactive floor maps, meeting-room booking through Microsoft Teams, and leave management synced to Outlook. The site's trust section is more specific than most in the category — it states the product was built by "a team of former BBC professionals" and is "hosted on AWS in London," pairing UK-specific credibility with a stated 1,800+ Microsoft AppSource reviews. Named customers include Superdrug, Nando's and INEOS. The core copy is a plain three-part promise, "See who's in, book desks and manage leave," rather than broader productivity-platform language.

More blog pagesTeam-today design review: how the homepage is built
Team Today's homepage is a blue hybrid-working page: a violet-blue hero with a photo of a smiling woman holding a phone and coffee, then a white logo band and a mid-blue feature section. Blocks run top to bottom: hero, logo row, feature trio, a pale "Stay in sync" panel, three product rows, an integration band, a six-cell grid, reviews and a footer. The desktop capture is 8,618 pixels tall. Buttons use #0057ff and the mid-blue band uses #5c64b8. Typefaces are proxima-nova and soleil, as detected. The distinctive device is the "Visual Planner" card, which lists staff by desk and office in one grid.
Above the fold
The hero is split. The left column holds a "Hybrid Working Software" pill, a three-line headline "See who's in, book desks and manage leave" and a short paragraph. Two buttons follow, a solid "Try for Free" and an outlined "Book Demo". On the right, the photo is flanked by a "Visual Planner" card and name pills such as "Claire is working from home". The header lists "Features", "Pricing" and "About Us" beside "Log In".
Feature trio and whereabouts
The feature trio sits under "Flexible tools for smarter hybrid working" in three columns: "Team planner gives more visibility. Better teamwork. Less confusion.", "Avoid empty offices-or overcrowded ones" and "Know who's in, so you can meet up". Each column has a rounded card with status rows, a bar chart or a June calendar. A pale band then carries "Stay in sync. Stay on schedule." above "Team whereabouts improves visibility across your organization".
Desk, leave, room and parking rows
Four alternating rows follow, each with a bordered mock-up and a bold heading. "Make office days count with smarter desk booking" pairs a London Office floor plan with a booking card. "Manage your team's leave in one simple view" shows a "Leave Planner" chart, and "Booking rooms just got a whole lot simpler" shows a meeting-room grid. "Take away the hassle of parking at your office" closes with a car park map.
Integrations, grid and footer
"Integrations and features teams love" sits above a purple "Integrated Microsoft Teams app" band. A six-cell grid follows, from "Built and hosted with love in the United Kingdom" to "From 10 – 10,000+ employees". "With over 1,800 Microsoft reviews, here's what our customers are saying" heads three review cards, including "Really useful tool" and "Indispensable Tool". The footer closes with "Copyright © 2026 Team Today. All rights reserved."
On mobile
At 390px the hero stacks: the photo sits above the headline, and "Try for Free" and "Book Demo" become full-width stacked buttons. The logo row wraps into a grid of smaller marks. The feature trio becomes one long vertical stack, and product rows go single-column, so the button "Go to Team Whereabouts" wraps onto two lines. Review cards stack, and the footer collapses into one column.
Worth borrowing
- The hero's name pills turn the product into a live view of one team.
- Each product row repeats one pattern: a bordered mock-up beside a bold heading.
- Review quotes sit beside the Microsoft logo and a date, tying praise to the platform.
