twelvelabs.io/
TwelveLabs builds video AI infrastructure that indexes and analyzes video across vision, audio, and language so raw footage becomes searchable data, centered on two models named Marengo (multimodal embeddings) and Pegasus (a video-language model). The homepage claims indexing an hour of video in about a minute (roughly 60x real-time) at a capacity of 10,000+ hours per day, and cites a specific benchmark result of Pegasus 1.5 beating Gemini 3.1 Pro by 13.1% on multimodal prompting. The headline, "See the unseen. Know the unknowable," is paired with use-case sections for public sector, creative industries, and ad tech, and named customers include NFL Media, MLSE, and Sejong City alongside a SOC 2 Type II badge.

The Twelvelabs homepage runs 10,093 pixels on desktop and alternates dark and pale bands: hero, tabbed infrastructure panel, gradient capability card, statistics row, logo strip, industry carousel, security block, two model cards, customer quotes, closing call to action and footer. Surfaces move between near-black (#1a1a17, #453a2a) and off-white (#f9fafa), interrupted by green, yellow and pink gradient washes. Headlines use Milling Duplex 1mm at light weight, and thin vertical hairlines divide columns. Capsule-shaped containers and isometric line diagrams distinguish it from other infrastructure sites. Two buttons, "Try on Playground" and "Talk to Sales", repeat at the top and bottom.
Above the fold
The dark hero sets a left-aligned headline, "See the unseen. Know the unknowable.", over a diagonal stream of blurred video thumbnails, some replaced by yellow-to-pink gradient tiles. Two pill buttons follow a short paragraph: a filled white "Try on Playground" and an outlined "Talk to Sales". A frosted card at lower right, tagged "RESEARCH PREVIEW", shows a search field reading "Summarize what's working across the ads archive".
Infrastructure tabs and capability card
Below, "Results in minutes." sits left with a paragraph and "Developer Hub" button right. A numbered list holds four items: "1. Infrastructure", "2. API + SDK", "3. MCP" and "4. Integrations", beside an isometric cylinder diagram labelled "SPEED", "SCALE" and "PROPRIETARY". A pastel gradient section repeats the pattern for "Built for the most demanding video workflows.", with "Search & Discover" open above four greyed tabs.
Statistics, logos, industries and models
A centred "Create, scale & move faster with video" heading leads to three statistic columns: "+13.1%", "10x" and "4 hrs". A "TRUSTED BY" strip scrolls logos such as MLSE and hims. Three tabs switch arch-topped photo cards. After "Secure by design", a dark band shows two rounded cards, "Marengo" and "Pegasus", each with a horse icon, a button and a line diagram.
Closing section and footer
"Customer Stories" presents three quote cards on a gradient band, the third cut off at the edge. A full-width capsule over a running-horse photograph holds "Ready to see what your archive actually knows?" with "Start Building" and "Talk to Sales". The footer is a four-column, two-row grid of eight link groups and an oversized "TwelveLabs" wordmark. Three compliance badges sit above the wordmark.
On mobile
At 390px the hero headline wraps to three lines, the buttons stack at full width, and the "Jockey" card drops beneath them. The statistics become one column, the carousel shows a single card with the next peeking in, and the model cards stack. Customer quotes show one card at a time. The footer folds into two link columns with the wordmark beneath the badges.
Worth borrowing
- Alternate dark and pale gradient bands so each product claim reads as its own chapter, as between "Results in minutes." and "Built for the most demanding video workflows."
- Pair a numbered tab list with one diagram so four product facets share the space of one, as in the "1. Infrastructure" panel.
- Close with a full-width capsule over motion imagery, repeating the hero's filled and outlined button pair.
