Reflexai
reflexai.com/
ReflexAI builds AI training simulations and automated quality-assurance tools for customer-facing teams — contact centers, crisis lines, healthcare, and emergency response — under the banner "The Conversation Performance Platform," with the tagline "Where better conversations become better outcomes." Its three named products, Prepare, Assure, and Studio, cover roleplay training, QA that reviews 100% of conversations, and a no-code builder for custom simulations and scoring models. It reports customer-level results like a 41% communication-skills improvement, 73% faster onboarding, and a case study citing a 4x increase in cross-sell attempts at Cortland. Client logos include the Trevor Project, Square, and One Medical, and it lists SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and ISO 27001 certifications together — a compliance stack aimed at regulated, high-stakes call environments rather than generic sales teams.

More blog pagesReflexai design review: how the homepage is built
The desktop page runs about 13,059px tall and alternates between a pale warm ground and near-black green bands. The lime accent #a5e219 colours the top banner, the header button and the small square markers, and #ebebdf sits behind the hero score panel. The page is organised as a sequence of product screens, each shown as a small dashboard with scores, bars and call cards, followed by a stats block and a long run of customer proof. Its distinctive habit is showing simulated call scores as the hero visual rather than a generic illustration.
Above the fold
Above the fold, a lime banner reads "We're honored to be named one of Inc.'s 2026 Best Workplaces" over a header with a "Get a demo" button. The headline is "Simulation and QA for critical conversations", with a waveform between "critical" and "conversations". The subhead opens "Reduce escalations, cut onboarding time, and monitor 100% of interactions" and names AI simulations. Below it, "Schedule a demo" and "Take a tour" sit beside a dark "Overall Score" card showing "94%".
Roleplay, performance and stats
The next screens open with "Roleplay and QA that's real-world ready", with an "83%" pill inside the heading. A dark block headed "Performance you can measure, outcomes that matter to you." carries cards for "38,564" with "Messages Exchanged", "406" with "Active Team Members", and "+16 More Workspaces". Under "Measurable results from Day One", three figures run in a row: "93%", "84%" and "59%", each with a short label.
Prepare and Assure product rows
Two-column rows alternate sides. "Give your agents realistic practice before they take a single live call." sits beside a green persona card for "Darren Myers", with "AI Persona" and "Team Member" toggles, followed by "Custom scoring dimensions" and "Software overlays". "Stop relying on random sampling. Automatically QA 100% of conversations." heads a dark block with tabs "Automated interaction analysis", "Cohort tracking" and "Collaborative workspaces" above a transcript mock.
Testimonial, proof and footer
A testimonial pairs a portrait of "John-Paul Riordan" with the quote "ReflexAI has scaled our training in a way that wouldn't have been possible otherwise," and a "460" counter. Further down, "Proven in crisis, powerful everywhere" introduces a card carousel, followed by a security block and "Featured Insights". The page closes on "Ready to elevate every conversation?" with "Get a demo" and footer link columns.
On mobile
At 390px the header collapses to a logo and a menu icon, and the hero cards shrink to two thumbnails side by side. The three stats become stacked figures with their labels beneath, and the persona and QA blocks stack vertically with the tabs turning into a scrolling row. The footer link groups reflow into two columns, with the social icons centred at the bottom.
Worth borrowing
- Show the product as a scored call with a percentage and a bar graphic, so the result reads at a glance.
- Pair each large figure with a short label, as "93%" sits with "communication skills improvement", so the number reads as a result.
- Use a tabbed block, as the QA section does, to show three capabilities without leaving the section.
