Clarasight

clarasight.com/

Clarasight sells an AI layer that sits on top of a company's existing travel, expense, and HR systems rather than replacing them, aimed at enterprise travel and finance leaders in professional services, technology, and pharma. The homepage leads with quantified outcomes rather than feature lists: it cites $5B in customer T&E spend, a 99% cut in time-to-insight, and a 25% reduction in travel spend, each tied to a named customer logo (White & Case, AstraZeneca, Scania). A quote from Scania's head of global travel anchors the trust section. The FAQ directly answers "is this a replacement for my TMC?" instead of just listing integrations, and a closing "Corporate Travel AI Network" community link sits alongside the usual demo CTA.

Clarasight design review: how the homepage is built

The clarasight.com homepage runs about 11,504 pixels on desktop and opens with a full-width gradient that moves from #0b0938 navy at the top to #514fee indigo and then near-white. The hero text sits on that gradient, with a dotted arc of light beneath the buttons. Below the fold the page stays on pale lavender-white, and dark navy is reserved for the Outcomes and Security panels. Headings use TWK Lausanne and body copy uses Inter. The distinctive feature is the dashboard-style cards that show spend figures such as "$47,650" beside each benefit heading.

Above the fold

The top bar reads "Clarasight launches Corporate Travel AI Network" with "Sign up for free". The nav lists "Platform", "Solutions", "Community" and "Resources". The centred headline "The AI platform for enterprise travel & expense" sits over a subhead about enterprise travel and expense leaders moving faster and automating savings. Two pill buttons follow, "Request a demo" and "See how it works".

Why Clarasight and the first product card

The white "Why Clarasight" block states "$1.5T in corporate travel, meetings, and events spend still runs on disconnected systems and manual processes." The "How It Works" heading "You lead the strategy, Clarasight does the work." introduces a chat bubble asking for a monthly COO report, beside a "Thinking..." panel with rows "248 trips analyzed" and "$42.6K identified". "Recover 90% of your time" sits beneath it.

Supplier, forecast, policy and meetings cards

"Unlock more supplier savings" shows an "Insight" callout about moving hotel volume from Marriott to Hilton, while "Catch overspend early" pairs a line chart with an "At Risk" tag reading "Budget overrun". "Cut emissions with confidence" shows a target-versus-actual table, and "Prevent policy exceptions early" places the prompt "Review bookings against travel policy and escalate any exceptions for approval" over a booking panel. "Avoid over-budget meetings" ends the group with four tiles.

Closing section and footer

A dark navy panel, "Proven impact across enterprise travel programs.", lists "$5B", "99%" and "25%" with short labels. The security panel "Your data is mission critical. We protect it that way." shows ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 and GDPR tiles beside three checklist items. The page ends with "Cut costs. Enforce policy. Recover time." above a footer with five columns: Platform, Use Cases, Industries, Resources and Company.

On mobile

At 390px the headline wraps to three lines and the two buttons stack. The trust row shows AstraZeneca and SCANIA, and the desktop card pairs become one column, starting with "Unlock more supplier savings". The navy outcomes panel stacks its three figures vertically, and the security tiles fall into a two-by-two grid above the checklist. The footer's five columns become paired columns.

Worth borrowing

  • Pair a centred headline and two pill buttons on one gradient, so the call to action shows before the logos.
  • Show a dashboard card with figures such as "$47,650" beside each benefit heading.
  • Stack three large outcome figures on a dark panel, such as "$5B" and "99%", as proof before the closing call to action.
