Kajabi
kajabi.com/
Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for course creators, coaches, and other independent experts to build, sell, and deliver products like courses, memberships, communities, newsletters, and podcasts from one system. The headline "Turn What You Know Into What You're Known For" is followed not by aggregate customer counts but by named individuals' earnings: Justin Welsh at "$10M+ Earned on Kajabi," and similar figures for two other named creators, tying the pitch to specific person-level outcomes rather than company logos. A newer feature set (Backstage, Amplify, an MCP integration, Expert Agents, and a tool called Cofounder) is showcased as a distinct section, with Amplify specifically claiming reach to "551 million contacts" through its expert network. Competitor tools are described bluntly as fragmented: "six separate tools isn't a business plan."

Kajabi's homepage runs 9,129 pixels on desktop, moving from a cream hero with a portrait card through a black product section, a light workflow band, a dark green call to action, a dark feature grid, testimonials and a footer. The main colour is near-black on off-white, with gold #d7a252 behind the hero portrait. The detected display typeface is Haffer, and no body face was detected. The distinctive move for a course platform is a bookable coaching card layered over the hero photograph, complete with a time slot and a "Book session" button. The mobile capture runs 10,443 pixels.
Above the fold
The top bar holds the kajabi wordmark, the links "Products", "Updates" and "Pricing", then "Login" beside a black "Start Free Trial" button. The headline "The all-in-one platform that turns what you know into what you earn" runs four lines at left, above the subhead and an email field with a "Start Free Trial" button. Three figures sit below: "$12B+", "100K+" and "75M+", labelled "Earned by experts", "Businesses built" and "Customers served".
Product tabs and unified dashboard
Under "All-in-one. Because six separate tools isn't a business plan." sits a row of tabs, "Courses", "Coaching", "Communities", "Memberships", "Newsletters" and "Podcasts". The active "Courses" panel shows a video frame beside a "Strength & Flow" checklist. "Bring your entire business into one unified system" follows, with a dashboard mock showing "Gross revenue" and "$186,420" above a line chart.
Payments, funnels and call to action band
"Sell with confidence" pairs "Lower fees, faster payouts, and every payment type your customers expect." with a payments diagram listing "Apple Pay", "Google Pay", "Klarna", "Afterpay" and "Credit Card", beside a checkout with a "Purchase" button. "Funnels that convert" pairs a "Join our weekly newsletter" signup with a welcome email preview. A dark green band then asks "Ready to turn what you know into a business powered by Kajabi?"
Testimonial and closing footer
The "Why experts choose Kajabi" slider shows "Justin Welsh" with a quote about moving from Zapier to Kajabi and "$10M+" beside "Earned on Kajabi". The "Build your business on Kajabi" row sits above a black footer with "Company", "Product", "Resources" and "Legal" columns, four social icons and "© 2026 Kajabi. All rights reserved."
On mobile
At 390px the hero stacks, with the coaching card overlapping the left edge of the portrait and the email field spanning full width. The three figures shrink to a single row. Feature rows become single columns, and "See what's new at Kajabi" turns into stacked product cards, each with a "Learn More" button. The "Why experts choose Kajabi" slider shows one testimonial, and the footer collapses into two-column link lists.
Worth borrowing
- A bookable coaching card layered over the portrait shows the product in use before any feature copy.
- Repeating one black "Start Free Trial" button in the hero, feature rows and closing band keeps the ask constant down the page.
- Tabbed product categories let one section cover six offer types under a single headline.
