Fin

fin.ai/

Fin is an AI customer service agent aimed at handling support, sales, and ecommerce interactions across the full customer journey. Its homepage structures the pitch as a numbered list — "22 reasons to hire Fin" — an unusually literal, resume-style format for a SaaS landing page. It backs claims with granular figures: a 76% average resolution rate across 12,000+ customers, 2 million weekly resolutions, and a 90% G2 satisfaction score it says beats the nearest competitor by 8 points. Two named model versions, Apex 1.0 and Apex Flash, are cited with specific comparative stats (2.8% higher resolution, 65% fewer hallucinations) rather than left as unnamed "our AI." Certifications listed include SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and a 99.8% SLA.

Fin's landing page, section by section

Each section below is cropped straight from Fin's live page — useful references for sales & support landing page design.

Fin design review: how the homepage is built

Fin appears under the Intercom umbrella: the top bar carries an "Intercom" outlined button beside the wordmark. The page is extremely long, with the capture cut at 16,384px, and the hero's orange tubular knot leads into a numbered list of 22 claims, each a serif heading with paragraphs and a media block. Backgrounds are off-white, with #c85727 in charts and highlights and #d97638 and #f2d8c9 in gradient bands. Typefaces are Serrif and Saans per the detected fonts. A floating dropdown tracks the current section.

Above the fold

The nav lists "Product", "AI Technology", "Resources", "Customers" and "Pricing" at left, with "Log in", "Contact sales", "Start free trial", a black "View demo" and the outlined "Intercom" button at right. The three-line serif headline "Perfect customer experiences made possible with Fin" fills the left, above a black "View demo" and an outlined "Start free trial". A large orange 3D knot sits at right, and "22 reasons to hire Fin" closes the screen.

Reasons 01 to 04: performance, brands, models, roles

Reason 01 pairs an orange area chart climbing from May 2023. Reason 02 sets "Fin is used by over 12,000 of the world's most forward-looking brands" above eighteen grey logos. A yellow band for reason 03 holds three bar charts: "2.8% higher resolution rate", "0.6 seconds faster time to first token" and "-65% reduction in hallucinations". Reason 04 shows a chat over an orange swirl, with tabs: "Fin for Service", "Fin for Sales" and "Fin for Ecommerce".

Reasons 05 to 17: product depth and proof

Reasons alternate text with a screenshot or video, either full width or in a half-width column. Visuals include a dark terminal, a data-connector menu, a phone voice call, a helpdesk logo grid, five grey compliance badges, a circular diagram labelled "ANALYZE", "DEPLOY", "TRAIN" and "TEST", a dashboard and a "Blueprint" cover. Three wide quote cards, credited to "Loren Kornegay", "Emily Shirley" and "Kyle Poyar", each pair a portrait with an orange-highlighted phrase.

Reasons 18 to 22 and footer

Reason 18 shows five greyscale team portraits with names and titles. Reason 19 shows four gradient-art cards, each with a "Read more" link, and 20 is a stage photograph. Reasons 21 and 22 cover pricing and a vision video. The page then repeats the hero headline around the knot above "View demo" and "Start free trial". The footer has five columns, "Product", "AI Technology", "Solutions", "Resources" and "Fin in action".

On mobile

At 390px the hero headline sits above the two buttons, with the knot below, so the buttons appear before the artwork. The three charts in reason 03 stack vertically, quote cards place the portrait beneath the text, and half-width visuals drop under their paragraphs. The footer collapses into accordion rows headed "AI Technology", "Solutions" and "Resources", with "Fin in action" expanded.

Worth borrowing

  • Numbering every claim from 01 to 22 turns a long page into a countable checklist.
  • A floating section dropdown keeps the reader's place across the very long scroll.
  • Orange marker highlights on quote phrases pull out the proof inside each testimonial card.
