Orum

orum.com/

Orum is phone-dialing software for SDR/BDR teams built around three named AI agents with distinct jobs: Scout flags dead numbers by analyzing dialing history, Operator navigates phone trees and voicemail to connect reps to a live person, and Coach reviews call recordings to surface objections and battlecards. The hero, "A crew of AI agents that supercharge every sales rep," is backed by the claim that the system is built on "over 2 billion real sales calls," and named customer results are quantified rather than vague — OnBoard reports "2x More Meetings With Fewer Reps," Abnormal Security "20% More Meetings Booked," and Punch a "50% decrease in ramp time."

Orum design review: how the homepage is built

The Orum homepage, captured at 1440px wide, runs 12859px tall and opens with a yellow #fcff70 announcement bar above a white hero. It then moves through a logo band, a video block, alternating dark plum and white feature bands, integrations, a case study, enterprise badges, an FAQ and a plum footer. Display headlines are set in MarrSansCond and MarrSans, per the detected fonts, in heavy condensed capitals with an italic second line. The first viewport pairs a headset photo with a meetings card and a chat widget. The plum blocks and condensed caps give the rhythm its character.

Above the fold

The yellow bar reads "Orum Acquires Scout AI to Give Sales Teams Phone Data They Can Trust" above a nav of Product, Customers, Resources, Company and Pricing. The headline "RELIABLE PIPELINE STARTS HERE" stacks in black condensed caps, its last line italic. The subhead sits beneath it. To the right, a headset-wearing man sits beside a "Meetings Booked" card and a chat widget overlay.

Logo band, video and notifications

A centred line, "TRUSTED BY THOUSANDS OF SDR TEAMS FOR MORE PIPELINE, QUARTER AFTER QUARTER.", sits on a pale green strip above twelve customer logos in two rows of six. A large video frame follows with a yellow "SEE ORUM IN ACTION" button. "Pipeline goals only go up." floats between small notification chips such as "Moved to spam" and "Call rescheduled", before "TURN CALLING INTO A SYSTEM" opens the dialer section.

Dialer, coaching and salesfloor

A teal panel holds three upcoming call cards beside "THE DIALER THAT KEEPS REPS TALKING" and "EXPLORE AI DIALER". "COACHING THAT MULTIPLIES MANAGERS" sits beside an SDR Team table of six reps scored out of five, on a plum panel. "BUILD A WINNING SALESFLOOR" follows on a pale green panel. The dark band "AI THAT GETS SMARTER WITH EVERY CALL" closes this stretch with a live call counter.

Integrations, case study and footer

Integration tiles for Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft and Gong sit beside "INTEGRATIONS THAT JUST CLICK". "THIS IS WHAT RELIABLE PIPELINE LOOKS LIKE" introduces a case card headed "2X MORE MEETINGS WITH FEWER REPS", credited to Parker Eide at OnBoard. "BUILT FOR ENTERPRISE. TRUSTED AT SCALE." shows four badges, "SOC 2 TYPE II", "ISO CERTIFIED", "GDPR READY" and dedicated implementation. "NEED TO KNOW MORE?" leads eight accordion questions.

On mobile

At 390px the hero headline drops to three short lines beneath a smaller photo, and the chat widget covers much of it. The logo band becomes one centred column of twelve names. The dialer, coaching and salesfloor blocks stack, with each panel below its heading. The four enterprise badges form a single column, and the footer columns stack into one list.

Worth borrowing

  • A chat-style widget overlaid on the hero photo shows the product in use before any feature copy.
  • Alternating white and dark plum bands make each capability block read as its own chapter.
  • A logo band of twelve customer names sits directly beneath the hero call to action.
