Lattice
lattice.com/
Lattice is an HR platform combining performance reviews, goal/OKR tracking, engagement surveys, compensation planning, and an AI assistant into one system used, per the site, by more than 5,000 teams. Its headline, "High-performing teams are built here," is followed by named product modules — Performance, Goals & OKRs, Engagement, Compensation, Grow, Habits — each tied to a specific function. Trust signals lean on customer-reported outcomes rather than the company's own claims: one testimonial cites a 27% reduction in attrition, another a 100% review participation rate, and a third 30 hours saved running a single survey cycle. The site also cites 3,300+ five-star G2 reviews and a G2 Spring 2026 leader badge. No About page link was found; the site routes visitors toward demo and product-tour pages instead.

The page runs about 7075 pixels on an off-white ground with deep forest-green headlines and a dark green primary button. Colour arrives in tinted blocks: a lime-to-mint frame around the hero shot, five pastel feature cards, a lilac AI band, and one saturated indigo band for integrations. Headlines are large geometric sans in tight leading, with small pill tags above each section title.
Above the fold
A white header holds the Lattice logo, nav items "Platform", "Why Lattice", "Customers", "Resources" and "Pricing", then "Log in". The three-line headline "People + AI: Succeeding Together" sits left, over a three-line subhead and two buttons: dark green "Request a demo" and a mint "Take a tour". On the right a rounded gradient frame holds a review form screenshot for Bethany Hale. A row of eight grey logos follows, from greenhouse to gusto.
Platform overview and five product cards
A pill reading "Platform overview" introduces "High-performing teams are built here" with a paragraph beside it. Five cards follow in two rows, two above three: "Performance" in mint with a "Team Calibration" grid, "Goals & OKRs" in lime with a nested goal tree, "Engagement" in pink with a survey question, "Grow" in butter with an "Individual development plan", and "Compensation" in green with a pay band slider.
AI agent band and everyday habits
A lilac gradient band centres an "AI Agent" pill and the heading "Unblock work and unlock potential with your personal AI Agent" above a chat window titled "Ask Lattice". The next section, "Build high performance through everyday habits", lays out four cards in one row: "1:1s", "Weekly Updates", "Feedback" and "Q&A Boards".
Customer stories, integrations and resources
"Trusted by top performers" opens a carousel of tinted story cards, such as Christina Donnelly of Bark, a quote, a large "800+" stat and a "Read the story" button. A full-bleed indigo band follows with "Integrate everything. Align everyone." over a strip of app tiles including Slack and Workday. "Power your high-performing organization" ends with four resource cards: "Library", "Lattice University", "Community" and "Events".
On mobile
At 390 pixels the hero headline centres and the nav collapses out of view, leaving one "Request a demo" button. The product shot becomes a video player below two logos. Cards stack one per screen, the habits and stories become side-swiping carousels with the next card peeking in, and the four resource cards stack vertically at the bottom.
Worth borrowing
- Giving each feature card its own pastel colour and a live-looking mockup, as the mint "Performance" and pink "Engagement" cards do, separates modules without extra copy.
- Placing one saturated indigo band, "Integrate everything. Align everyone.", between pastel sections makes integrations the page's single loud moment.
- Showing the AI agent as a chat window titled "Ask Lattice" with a blurred answer explains the feature at a glance.
