Mintlify
mintlify.com/
Mintlify hosts self-updating documentation meant to be read by both people and AI agents, describing itself as "the knowledge infrastructure agents build on." Rather than static usage claims, its homepage embeds what reads as a live counter mid-page — 10.7M+ pages read, agent traffic at 65.88% of total, plus running tallies of search and API requests — alongside a claimed 300M+ visitors and 2B+ agent visits in the past year. It quotes Coinbase's Brian Armstrong by name ("shout out to Mintlify, great product") and cites a specific customer result of 50x faster deployment time, splitting its pitch into separate tracks for startups and enterprises.

More blog pagesMintlify design review: how the homepage is built
The homepage runs 8,451 pixels at 1440px and stacks a hero with product mockup, logo wall, live counters, feature cards, two carousels, testimonials, blog row, closing banner and footer. Colour stays near white, with near-black "#030404" buttons and text, warm grey card fills and a mint "#d9ebe5" tint behind the interface. Thin, flowing green-to-yellow gradient lines are the only saturated accent. Headlines use a serif face (arizonaFlare) with Inter for interface text. Distinctive for infrastructure software are the monospace live counters and a floating "Ask assistant" button. Corners are softly rounded throughout.
Above the fold
A slim nav holds the logo, four items ("Products", "Solutions", "Resources", "Pricing") and two buttons, "Sign in" and a black "Contact sales". Below sits a pill reading "Agent traffic" with a green figure, then a three-line serif headline, "The knowledge infrastructure agents build on". Two CTAs follow, a black "Get started" and a white "Sign up with Google". A docs-site mockup on the right bleeds off the edge, crossed by gradient lines.
Logo wall, counters and feature cards
A split panel pairs "Join 20,000+ of the world's most ambitious companies building for agents." and a "Read customer stories" button with a four-by-two logo grid. A strip headed "Agents at work today" lists five monospace counters. "One platform for your entire knowledge stack." sets a dark first sentence against a grey second, above five labelled illustration cards and one full-width card.
Case-study carousels, stats and testimonials
Two carousels follow, each with arrow buttons and a black pill link. The first shows an orange Anthropic card with "2M" and "4+" stats beside a photo, then a cut-off blue Coinbase card. A row reads "300M+", "2B+" and "99.99%". The second uses saturated gradient tiles for Lovable, Kalshi and Decagon. "Trusted by teams building for agents." introduces six quote cards in a three-by-two grid.
Closing section and footer
"Latest updates" shows three blog cards, each with a tag chip, date and title. The closing band repeats the pitch in serif, "The knowledge platform built for agents", with "Talk to sales" and "Get started" at right. The footer has an "All systems normal" badge and five link columns, "Explore" through "Legal", then a three-way theme switcher and GitHub, X and LinkedIn icons.
On mobile
At 390px the page grows to 12,575 pixels. The mockup shrinks beneath the CTAs and is cropped at the right. The logo grid drops to two columns, counters and stats stack vertically, and cards and testimonials run full width. Section buttons move beneath headlines instead of beside them. Carousels still scroll sideways. Footer columns fold into two. "Ask assistant" stays pinned bottom right.
Worth borrowing
- Pairing a dark first sentence with a grey second one in headlines gives each block a primary and secondary message.
- Placing monospace counters such as "Pages read" below the logo wall turns a trust claim into live evidence.
- Giving each carousel its own black pill link, such as "For enterprises" and "For startups", routes audiences separately.
