Pleo
pleo.io/
Pleo is a European business spend management platform issuing corporate cards and automating expense tracking, bill payment, and accounting-software syncing for companies. Its headline claim, "First in Europe for business spend," is paired with a repeated tagline — "Automated by AI. Governed by you" — that frames its AI features as staying under human control rather than replacing finance staff. The site segments its pitch by company size (1-49, 50-1,000, 1,000+ employees) rather than a single generic pitch, and backs its 40,000+ customer claim with a 4.8/5 G2 rating badge and named customer logos including Paddle, Just Eat, and Foreo alongside quotes from their finance leaders.

The home page runs 6063 pixels: pink announcement bar, a "Small / Medium / Enterprise" switch, hero, logo strip, tabbed card carousel, integrations row, video testimonial, email signup band, three size cards, ratings row, footer. Colour is white and light grey, with the detected pink #ffc8d1 reserved for the banner and highlights. Headlines use Neue Haas Grotesk Display, body text Lato. Distinctive for finance: the audience switch and interface mockups in place of stock imagery, and a long scroll of pale grey cards against black type and rounded black buttons.
HeroesView crop
The hero splits in two. On the left, a G2 rating badge sits above the headline "The spend platform that scales with you", a short paragraph, a black "Book a demo" button and a link, "Explore platform". On the right, a grey panel holds a "Taxi GO" receipt mockup labelled "FOUND IN MAIL".
Logo cloudsView crop
A single row of eight black logos sits under "Trusted by 40,000+ companies across Europe", in plain wordmark form, including "Soho House", "Blinkist", "Hello Fresh", "Lyst", "Unity" and "Trade Republic". No borders or cards separate them, and spacing between marks is even.
FeaturesView crop
The heading "All your spend in one place" sits above five pill tabs, from "Business cards" to "Other solutions". Beneath, grey rounded cards scroll sideways with arrow buttons. Visible cards show yellow and black payment cards, a limits form with checkboxes, and a vendor list naming "AWS" and "Google Ads".
PricingView crop
Four equal columns: "Starter" at £9.5 per month, "Essential" at £39 with £45 struck through, "Advanced" at £99 with £109 struck through, and "Business" from £249. Dark pill buttons read "Try for free" on the first two and "Book a demo" on the last two. Green checkmark lists follow.
About UsView crop
The about page runs 9377 pixels as alternating image and text rows. Blocks include "We're Pleo and this is our story, so far", "Our vision", "Our mission", a yellow video panel titled "What is Pleo?", then founders, customers, team and investors, and a pink "Get started with Pleo" card.
Contact UsView crop
The contact page opens on a grey band, "Find answers fast", with two illustrated columns: "FAQ" and "Guides and articles". Below, "Reach out to our teams!" lists six grey tiles, from "Sales" to "Media Enquiries", followed by the pink signup card.
Careers pagesView crop
The careers page is 10973 pixels long. "Big goals. Little egos." opens it, followed by a five-portrait strip, a "What we stand for" carousel of triangular badges, and "The perks of the job" in four grey cards. "Our open roles" has keyword and team filters, with roles grouped by department.
FootersView crop
The grey footer holds the logo and a "United Kingdom" selector at left, then six link groups in two rows of three, from "Product" to "Legal". "Legal" is longest with twelve links. Below sit five social icons, a Copenhagen address and two paragraphs of regulatory small print.
On mobile
The 390px capture is incomplete. The pink bar wraps to two lines, then the headline "Spend management that takes care of" appears with "business." in italics inside a pink highlight. Everything below the line "Pick your company size so we can show you the right Pleo." is blank white, so nothing further can be judged.
Worth borrowing
- Put an audience switch ("Small", "Medium", "Enterprise") above the hero so one page can address several company sizes.
- Show struck-through prices beside current ones, as with £45 and £39 in the "Essential" column, and open each pricing column's list with "Everything in ... plus:".
- Close long pages with a pink signup card, "Get started with Pleo", that puts the email field and button in one row.
