Ramp

ramp.com/

Ramp is a corporate spend management platform combining corporate cards, expense management, accounts payable, travel, procurement, and accounting automation in one system. The page opens with a $3,100 signup-bonus offer before a stats-heavy overview: 70,000+ businesses, 27 million-plus hours collectively saved, books closed 75% faster, 99% OCR accuracy on invoice data, and zero processing fees on domestic ACH, checks, and card payments. Trust signals lean on named customers (Notion, Shopify, Webflow, Poshmark) paired with dollar-specific results, such as $250K saved by Candid and $80K+ by Advisor360°, plus a direct comparison section against competing tools and an implementation checklist promising deployment in 30 days or less.

Ramp design review: what the page does, section by section

The homepage runs 13,078 pixels at 1440px wide and stacks its blocks in a fixed order: a live-counter eyebrow, the headline "Time is money. Save both." with an email field, a product screenshot, a ticker of agent activity, a customer logo grid, a six-card feature grid, a "Systems that never spoke" diagram, video testimonials, a quote wall titled "We've got the receipts.", a repeated email form, and a dark footer. Colour stays on a near-white #fcfcfc ground with grey panels, one yellow-green accent #e7f619 reserved for primary buttons, and #282827 for the footer. Headlines set in the display face lausanne. Distinctive for a finance product: running numeric counters and two-tone headlines, black first clause, grey second.

HeroesView crop

The hero left-aligns a small eyebrow, "US CORPORATE PAYMENTS PROCESSED BY RAMP:", beside a ticking percentage, then the headline and a grey subline. One input pairs "What's your work email?" with a yellow "Get started for free" button. Below sits a wide grey panel holding a transaction screen, a phone and a black card.

FeaturesView crop

Under "One platform for all of finance." sit a yellow "Switch in days, not months" button and a grey "View Demo". Five cards follow, two wide and three narrow: "Cards & Expenses", "Procure to pay", "Accounting automation", "Banking" and "200+ Integrations". Each pairs a black-then-grey headline, an arrow icon and an interface fragment.

PricingView crop

Three tier columns sit side by side: "Free" at "$0/mo/user", "Plus" at "$15/mo/user" and "Enterprise" at "Custom". Tab badges read "AI-assisted", "AI-powered" and "AI-tailored". Only Plus gets a yellow outline and button; Enterprise uses a black "Contact sales" button. Checkmarked feature lists are grouped by category.

About UsView crop

The about page opens with "Setting finance free to build healthier businesses." beside a meeting photograph, then a grey stat band: "27M+", "$12B+", "70,000+" and "200+". Three review cards, an accordion of five values led by "Grow without fear", a press-card grid and an investor logo strip follow.

Careers pagesView crop

The careers page leads with an oversized "We only hire builders" and a yellow "See open positions" button. Employee portraits carry captions such as "Launched our first International market". A founders' letter sits among scattered photos, then an FAQ accordion and open roles by team, "Sales (51)" the largest.

CTAsView crop

This block is deliberately sparse. A single centred line, "Time is money. Save both.", repeats the hero headline at a much smaller size, with the same joined email field and yellow button beneath it. White space surrounds it, and a rounded bottom edge hands off to the black footer.

FootersView crop

The black footer opens with six link columns: an unlabelled list starting "About us", then "Products", "Platform", "Partners", "Solutions" and "Free tools and resources". Below a rule sit long grey legal paragraphs, a New York address, app-store badges, social links and a final email form.

On mobile

At 390px the page runs 13,866 pixels. The hero headline breaks onto two lines and the email field stacks above a full-width yellow button. The logo grid becomes three columns,. Feature cards stack singly, and the quote wall keeps its offset rows. The wide diagram is cropped at both edges, and footer columns collapse into accordion rows.

Worth borrowing

  • Splitting each headline into a black first clause and a grey second clause, as in "Scale the team. Shrink the paperwork.", creates hierarchy without changing size or typeface.
  • Reserving the yellow-green #e7f619 for primary buttons and the highlighted "Plus" tier makes every conversion point identifiable at a glance.
  • Repeating one input-plus-button email form in the hero, mid-page, closing block and footer keeps the same action available wherever a reader stops scrolling.
