Taito

taito.ai/

Taito.ai is a people-ops platform automating HR administration — employee records, time off, attendance, contract and document generation, and performance reviews — explicitly aimed at companies with 30-300 employees, the range the site says is too big for spreadsheets but not yet ready for a dedicated HR hire. It cites external data rather than only its own numbers: a McKinsey figure that 56% of hire-to-retire HR tasks are automatable, and an EY 2025 study estimating $25k+ in annual cost from manual HR processes at a 100-person company. Pricing is a single flat tier, €10 per seat monthly (€8 billed annually), with no add-on or enterprise upsell tiers listed, and AI features (a native Slack agent, MCP/Claude compatibility) included by default rather than gated.

Taito design review: how the homepage is built

The taito.ai homepage runs about 10,744 pixels on desktop as a light stack of full-width bands closed by one black footer. Almost the whole palette is warm neutrals: the page sits on #fafaf8, dividers use #d9d9d8, and secondary copy is #787875. The detected display face is Suisse Intl, set large with tight leading. The hero splits the fold, with headline and CTA on the left and a framed product screenshot over a blurred street photograph on the right. Nothing uses a bright accent colour; the only saturated colour comes from the logos and the integration icons.

Above the fold

The headline reads "Run people ops on autopilot" above a subhead listing the product areas. "Join waitlist" appears as a black button in the header and under the subhead. A small arrow link above the headline reads "How Huuva turned a 100-click HR job into one prompt on Taito.ai". The screenshot shows a chat prompt: "Set up my organization from the employee data in our Slack workspace".

Feature row and people ops modules

Below the logo strip, a row headed "Grow your team, not your people ops overhead" holds three photographed cards captioned "One product for all things people", "Works where your team already does" and "Regional compliance, no workarounds". The middle card shows a Slack onboarding thread. "From zero to payroll, no manual steps" introduces a bordered grid of six modules, including "People directory", "Time off" and "Pre-payroll reporting".

Agents, performance, roles and quote

The "Set it up once. Run forever." band places the prompt "Build an employee onboarding experience for new hires" above an "Onboarding plan" checklist of four steps. The "Performance" block pairs a photograph of trees and walkers with a review card for "Daniel Hayes · Q1". Lower down, "Founders and CEOs", "People leaders" and "Operators" each sit on a photograph, followed by a quote from "Juho Hyytiäinen" of Way.

Closing section and footer

Lower on the page, "Enterprise-grade security, by default" lists ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, Field-level permissions and EU data residency as icon tiles. "Works where your team already does" presents "Slack agent", "MCP interface" and "Platform integrations" as captioned screenshots. "By the numbers" sets four stats, from "56%" to "$100k+". The black footer closes with "See what autopilot looks like." and a second "Join waitlist" button.

On mobile

At 390px the hero stacks, with the headline, subhead and "Join waitlist" button first and the product screenshot below them. The three-column feature row becomes single-column cards with full-width photographs, and the six modules become a vertical list. The role cards stack too, and the footer's four link columns run one above another. The desktop navigation collapses into a menu icon at the top right.

Worth borrowing

  • Set the hero against a soft-focus street photograph so the product screenshot is the only sharp element in the frame.
  • Set a single named quote from "Juho Hyytiäinen" as a centred block under the company wordmark.
  • Turn a feature claim into a visible result: the "Onboarding plan" checklist turns the prompt into four steps.
