Deel

deel.com/

Deel is a global HR and payroll platform for hiring, paying, and equipping employees and contractors across 150+ countries, under the line 'Hire, manage, pay, & equip anyone, anywhere.' Its scale claims are specific rather than rounded to marketing-speak: over $20B in compliant global payroll processed, 2,000+ local compliance experts on staff, 90+ NPS among enterprise customers, and support for 150+ currencies including crypto. It names major customers directly — Robinhood, DoorDash, KLM, Hershey's — with a quote from Robinhood's SVP of Finance, and frames payroll onboarding as a concrete timeline ('Today → Hours later → Tomorrow') rather than describing setup abstractly.

Deel's landing page, section by section

Each section below is cropped straight from Deel's live page — useful references for people & culture landing page design.

Deel design review: what the page does, section by section

The home page runs 8,409 pixels at 1440px, top to bottom: nav bar, split hero, logo strip, video block, six product cards, a tabbed timeline, a dark feature panel, a review carousel, four statistics, a G2 quote strip and a dark footer. Colour is an indigo panel (#2e2a5e shading to #5938b7) against white and cream cards; the tan #d8b988 and #c89957 barely show. Headlines use BagossCondensedFont, body text Inter and BagossStandardVF. Distinctive for a people-and-payroll product is the hero's goal picker, which asks a question before describing any product at all.

HeroesView crop

The hero splits into an indigo panel and a photo. The left holds "Hire, manage, pay, & equip anyone, anywhere.", five tiles from "Hire anywhere" to "Ship equipment", a white "Book a demo" button and two 4.8/5 review badges. Floating cards reading "PAYROLL COMPLETE" and "O-1A Visa" overlay the photo.

FeaturesView crop

Under "Accomplish more in less time", four tabs ("Deel Payroll", "Deel HR", "Deel IT", "Deel Hire") sit in a row, the active one tinted blue. Three steps hang from a dotted line: "Today", "Hours later" and "Tomorrow", each in a pale blue box.

FootersView crop

The dark footer opens with four links ("About us", "Leadership team", "Careers", "Pricing"), then five columns from "Solutions" to "Customers". A newsletter headline sits beside a rounded email field with an arrow button, above four social icons and seven legal links.

Logo cloudsView crop

A two-row marquee sits under "TRUSTED BY 40,000+ COMPANIES FROM STARTUPS TO ENTERPRISE". Greyscale wordmarks such as "Canva", "H&M" and "KLM" fill both rows, roughly eight logos each, faded at each edge to signal horizontal scrolling and set at low contrast.

PricingView crop

Three cards sit side by side: "Find talent" from $14, "Hire contractors" at $49 and $325, and "Hire full-time employees" at $125 and $599. Only the third has a blue outline, a "MOST POPULAR" tag and a blue button; the others use black. Green checkmarks list inclusions.

About UsView crop

The about page runs 9,032 pixels. It starts dark with "Work with the world" and a group photo, then a logo strip, four feature cards, a founders accordion, a year-tab timeline from 2019 to "Today", four statistics, six staggered endorser portraits and three link cards.

Affiliate pagesView crop

The affiliate page, 5,646 pixels, opens on a dark hero: "Become an affiliate. Spread the word. Earn up to $1,500." Below come three cream cards, two image-and-text rows, a three-step list, an FAQ accordion with plus buttons and an illustrated closing call to action.

Careers pagesView crop

The careers page, 6,369 pixels, opens with a cloud photo carrying "Built for the ones who build". A search box, three filters and 15 department rows with open-role counts follow, ending at "291 open positions across all teams", then a six-item numbered values list and a "Why Deel?" essay.

Blog pagesView crop

The blog is a "Deel Resource Hub", 10,657 pixels tall, with a dark header and search field. Labelled shelves stack beneath, from "Featured and trending" and "Browse by topic" to "Popular reports" and "Popular webinars", each built from image cards with "Read more" buttons.

On mobile

At 390px the page is 10,770 pixels tall. The hero keeps the headline, tiles and "Book a demo" inside the indigo panel but drops the photo and floating cards. Product cards stack one per row, the tab row is cut off after "Deel IT", statistics stack vertically, and footer columns collapse.

Worth borrowing

  • Replace a hero's product pitch with goal tiles, as in "What would you like to do with Deel?".
  • Mark one pricing card with a blue outline and "MOST POPULAR" tag.
  • Sell speed with a dotted timeline labelled "Today", "Hours later" and "Tomorrow".
