Twingate
twingate.com/
Twingate provides identity-based zero trust network access as a VPN replacement, extending access controls to users, services, and AI agents connecting to private resources and cloud environments. Its headline, "Security, Performance, Simplicity. Pick Three," plays on the usual pick-two tradeoff framing, and the site backs it with specific figures: a claimed 90% reduction in deployment time, 99.99% reliability, and connections it says run 86% faster than VPN. A "Zero Trust as Code" section shows Terraform and Pulumi examples for programmatic deployment, and a named testimonial from Blend's Information Security Officer, Paul Guthrie, speaks to that infrastructure-as-code workflow specifically.

More blog pagesTwingate design review: how the homepage is built
The Twingate homepage runs about 10,090 pixels on desktop: hero, three feature columns, three product panels, a statistics row, customer cards, a code block, integrations, a blog row, a closing call to action and a footer. Colour is a near-black ground with lime "#eef35f" and lavender "#b6aafd" accents, plus olive, purple and green panel backdrops behind each screenshot. Headlines use TT Hoves Light at large sizes, with monospace for code and interface labels. The distinctive choice for a security product is interface mockups on saturated colour tiles instead of shield icons or threat imagery.
Above the fold
A lavender strip reading "Live Onboarding Sessions" sits above a nav with six links, "Sign in", a white "Request Demo" pill and a dark "Try for Free" pill. The left column stacks a four-line headline, with "Pick Three." in lime, a two-sentence subhead and a lime "Try Twingate for Free" button beside a text link. The right panel holds a diagram titled "Zero Trust with No Boundaries" with four checklist rows. A logo strip including "Red Hat" runs beneath.
Three platform product panels
Under the centered heading "The Twingate Zero Trust Platform" come three large bordered cards. Each left half has a coloured eyebrow ("Zero Trust Network Access", "Internet Security", "Identity Firewall"), a three-line headline, a "Learn more" button and three titled links with one-line descriptions. Each right half shows an interface screenshot in a tablet frame on an olive, purple or green tile. Text stays left and image right in every card.
Statistics, customers and code
"Powerful security deployed in minutes" heads three equal cards with figures "90%", "99.99%" and "86%", each with a caption and a "Learn more" pill. A three-column customer grid mixes logo tiles ("blend", "klever", "PlayVS") with story cards in lavender, lime and white. A "4.7" G2 badge follows, then a "Zero Trust as Code" pair: a quote from Paul Guthrie beside a code sample with "Terraform", "Pulumi" and "API" tabs.
Closing section and footer
An integrations band gives a left-aligned heading, a paragraph and an "Explore Integrations" button. A blog row shows three cards with images, authors, dates and titles. The closing statement, "The VPN replacement your workforce will love.", repeats the hero's lime button and "Request a Demo" link. The footer has four link columns, an "AICPA SOC" badge, the G2 rating, social icons, and six platform buttons from "macOS" to "Android".
On mobile
At 390 pixels the page grows to 13,195 pixels. The hero headline keeps four lines, the lime button shortens to "Try Twingate", and the diagram gains a row of five circular icons. Feature columns stack, with a logo strip below. Product cards become single columns with the screenshot beneath the links. Statistics stack as full-width cards, the code sample becomes three "Deploy with" buttons, and footer links fall into two columns.
Worth borrowing
- Match each product panel's eyebrow colour to its screenshot tile, as the olive, purple and green tiles do.
- Mix accent-coloured story cards among logo tiles to give a proof grid some variety.
- Repeat the hero's exact lime button in the closing section to bookend the page.
