Attio
attio.com/
Attio is a CRM built around AI agents that handle prospect research, lead scoring, sequencing, and account monitoring around the clock rather than requiring a rep to run those steps manually — the homepage calls it an “always-on revenue engine.” Instead of a features list, the page shows agent activity through annotated UI screenshots: a Slack thread where an agent is asked what deals to focus on today and answers, and a deal record flagged automatically for risk. It backs this with usage figures stated at a granular level — 10.9M MCP calls per month, 400M API calls per week, 76k active customer agents — and a named case study (Granola) citing 83% faster lead triage, rather than a generic percentage improvement.

The Attio homepage runs about 16,384 pixels at 1440px wide. It moves from a white hero through a long stretch of product mockups, into one black block, then back to white for stats, customer stories and a changelog, before a dark closing banner. Colour is mostly near-white "#fdfefe", with grey "#777779" for the second half of each headline and a blue accent on tags. Headings use Inter Display and body copy uses Inter. For a CRM, the distinctive choice is that real interface fragments carry almost every section.
Above the fold
A slim nav holds "Platform", "Resources", "Customers" and "Pricing", then "Sign in" and a dark "Start for free" button. Below sit a pill link reading "GTM lessons from Elena Verna and more", the headline "Welcome to agentic revenue." and two buttons, "Talk to sales" and "Start for free". A framed app window rises from a pale lavender gradient. Beneath it, a hairline-bordered grid of 15 customer logos in three rows of five follows.
Product demo bands
The platform section opens with "The intelligent system that never sleeps." and then repeats one format: a short two-tone statement above a UI mock. The mocks include a company table with an email draft overlay, a workflow diagram starting at "Trigger", a kanban with "Discovery", "Demo" and "Proposal" columns, and a SQL chat answer. Mocks are cropped at the right edge, and grey panels separate them from white text bands.
Dark block and scale stats
"Universal Context™" appears in large white type over a glowing arc on a black background, above five columns that each pair an icon, a title and one caption, such as "It logs itself." A row of app icon tiles under "Your whole stack, connected." and "SDK. API. MCP." follow. Back on white, "Run at any scale." pairs four stats, "2.6M", "400M", "76k" and "15M", with a rising blue curve.
Stories, changelog and footer
A "Trusted by 30,000+ customers." band offers four logo tabs and one story, "83% faster lead triage.", beside a billboard photograph. The changelog shows four cards dated "July 28, 2026", above an email field with a "Subscribe" button. A black banner, "Agentic revenue runs on Attio.", repeats both hero buttons, and a four-column link footer with social icons ends the page.
On mobile
At 390px the hero button pair becomes an email field with a full-width "Send me a demo" button and a "Talk to sales" link beneath it. The app window shrinks and is cropped, and the logo grid drops to eight tiles in two columns. Headlines wrap to four or five lines, while UI mocks shrink to thumbnails with tiny text. Two-up cards stack into single columns and the footer links fold into two columns.
Worth borrowing
- Splitting each headline into a dark lead sentence and a grey follow-on, as in "Speed to lead, every time.", builds hierarchy inside one text block.
- Cropping product mocks at the container edge, as the kanban and workflow diagram do, suggests more depth than the frame shows.
- Using a black background only for "Universal Context™" marks the page's central claim through contrast alone.
