Contentful
contentful.com/
Contentful is a composable content platform (a headless CMS/DXP) for managing, personalizing, and publishing content across websites, apps, and channels, now pitched under the banner 'built for humans, ready for agents' with AI content-generation and AEO features layered on top. A site banner announces it is 'now officially part of Salesforce,' and it's also promoting a new sibling product, Palmata, for measuring how a brand is represented in AI answer engines. Rather than one blended metric, case studies attach different specific numbers to different named customers: SumUp saw a 78% conversion lift from personalization, Docusign cut release cycles from two weeks to five minutes, and the company states its platform handled 4.6 billion delivery requests across retail during Black Friday 2025 at 99.99% uptime.

The Contentful homepage is light: a white page with a full-width navy hero panel in #0c2659, below a thin dark announcement bar. The desktop capture runs 11,079 pixels tall and the mobile capture 15,649, so it is a long page. The pale blue #c4dbfb shows in the light gradient behind the Salesforce card. The detected display face is avenirNextFont. The layout moves through product proof, case studies, a value row, feature tabs, a resource list and a contact panel before the footer. Company logos repeat in the stat row and again in the "Leading brands vibe with Contentful" grid.
Above the fold
The navy hero holds "Built for humans. Ready for agents." in large white type, with a white "Explore Contentful" button under a short paragraph. A pill-shaped "Discover Contentful AI" link sits above the headline, and a woman holding a laptop stands on the right beside a product card. The top bar carries "Introducing Palmata: Contentful's new solution for AI discovery".
Proof points and customer case studies
Four proof points sit under the hero, each a logo above a figure: "78% increased CVR via personalization", "20+ languages supported", "10x increase in content production" and "5 min release cycles down from 2 weeks". "Customers turning content into their competitive edge" introduces a Ruggable case study, with "25%" and "7x" figures beneath a photo of a couple and a dog. Three case cards for Docusign, KFC and Biogen sit on blue and red bands, each with a "View case study" arrow.
Value row, testimonial and accordion
A value row headed "Bring order to your content, and impact to your campaigns" has three columns: "Modular content, max impact", "AI that's actually on-brand" and "Personalization made simple". Four large figures follow: "4.6B", "50%", "10x" and "99.99%". A KFC testimonial sits centred with pagination dots, attributed to a Sr. Director at KFC Global. An accordion opens on "More content, more meaningful results" beside a grey device illustration.
Feature tabs, closing panel and footer
Feature tabs read "Manage content", "Personalize for users", "Create smarter content", "Design experiences" and "Take action with insights"; the active tab shows an editor screenshot with a green "Publish changes" button. The closing panel reads "Your experiences should wow, not wait. Let's talk." with "Chat with sales" and "Work with a partner" cards above a five-column footer.
On mobile
At 390px the hero stacks above a two-column stat grid, and the feature tabs run off the right edge, cutting the third tab to "Cr". The case cards become full-width stacks, and the footer collapses into chevron rows headed "Product", "Docs & Help", "About us" and "Get in touch", and the value row falls into one column.
Worth borrowing
- Use a light page with one saturated navy panel as the hero, so a single block of colour carries the first view.
- Pair each proof figure with the customer logo behind it, as the stat row does for Kraft Heinz and Docusign.
- Switch feature categories with tabs and show a real editor screenshot for the active tab.
