Duckie

duckie.ai/

Duckie lets support teams build AI agents for ticket resolution by describing workflows in plain English, connecting via MCP and native integrations to tools like Zendesk, Stripe, and Intercom. Its headline is "The agentic platform for support teams." What stands out is how the site proves reliability rather than just claiming it: it describes testing agents by replaying 2,190 real past tickets and reports a 96% match rate before deployment, and displays a live count of "42 agents · one control plane." A named case study states one customer reduced its support headcount from three people to one while handling 30% more tickets year over year, and a named customer quote credits the product for generating runbooks and guardrails.

Duckie design review: how the homepage is built

Duckie's homepage runs about 9,881 pixels on desktop and moves from a full-bleed ocean photograph with a yellow rubber duck to logos and quotes, a tabbed demo, four feature cards, a dark navy band, and a wave photograph holding a cream footer card. Colour is deep blue, with #184769 and #032d4a echoing the sea and the dark band against white body sections, and Geist sets every heading in large type. The nav is a floating pill centred over the photo. The distinctive choice is a literal duck standing in for the product.

Above the fold

A floating pill nav holds the "Duckie." wordmark, "Industries" and "Company", "Customers" and a white "View demo" button. Below it, the white headline sits on two lines over a sky-and-sea photograph, with a two-line subhead. One pill-shaped form pairs an "Enter your work email" field with a second "View demo" button. Two ducks float near the horizon.

Logo wall, quotes and tabbed demo

A "Customer stories" pill leads into four rows of four greyscale logos, from vellum and OpenMetadata to Abbiamo. Four quote columns follow, each signed with a round photo, name and title. "AI-first support teams build on Duckie" introduces a five-tab bar with "Solve tickets" selected in black, above a blue gradient panel holding a "Plan changes agent" window and a Zendesk ticket card marked "Solved".

Case study and feature cards

"What teams build on Duckie" heads a wide photo card quoting "Now it's becoming more about someone who can manage an AI system." beside four narrow gradient strips in four colours. "What do you want to build?" centres a prompt box with a round arrow button. A two-by-two card grid follows: "Every frontier model, switch whenever you want", "Wired into all your tools and data", "Centralized agent management" and "Orchestrate agents on one canvas".

Dark infrastructure band and footer

A navy band headed "Everything you need to make AI production ready" carries the spaced label "THE AGENTIC INFRASTRUCTURE" and three numbered steps beside an isometric glass-card illustration. A wave photograph carries "You know how support should work. Now you can build it." A cream card repeats "The agentic platform for support teams to build on" with a dark "View demo" button above columns "Product", "Company" and "Legal".

On mobile

At 390px the headline wraps to three lines and the email field and "View demo" button share one row at the foot of the photo. Logos drop to two columns, quotes stack, and the tab bar is cut off after "Escalation & Triage". The gradient strips stay in a row beside the quote card. Feature cards stack, and the closing line gains its own "View demo" button.

Worth borrowing

  • A literal rubber duck on a photographed ocean carries the brand, leaving only the headline and one email pill in front.
  • Numbered steps "You connect & describe", "Duckie runs it in production" and "Duckie keeps it safe" swap bullets in place beside one illustration, fitting a long explanation in one band.
  • Four named quotes sit in their own row ahead of the demo tabs, so proof from Grid and Abbiamo arrives before any product detail.
