Default

default.com/

Default is a go-to-market operations platform unifying lead routing, data enrichment, inbound/outbound automation, and meeting scheduling under one system, pitched as 'modern foundations for go-to-market.' Rather than describing enrichment in the abstract, the homepage shows a live-looking example with 28,320 company records and 84% average field coverage, and includes a terminal-style 'Default MCP' interface for running workflows by command rather than through menus alone. Customer quotes come from GTM leaders at named companies like Cortex and Bland AI, including one claiming a pipeline increase so large the team 'thought the number was fake' — an unusually specific, unverifiable-sounding claim the site chooses to lead with rather than soften.

Default's landing page, section by section

Each section below is cropped straight from Default's live page — useful references for sales & support landing page design.

Default design review: how the homepage is built

The homepage is dark throughout, with a near-black background (#171819) and a slate panel colour (#283545) behind the product mock-ups. Desktop length is 9,582 pixels. A thin announcement bar sits above a navigation row with "Platform", "Agent" and "Resources", and the hero headline "Agentic infrastructure for go-to-market teams" is set in Inter, the detected display face. Most of the first screen is a product screenshot. What sets it apart in this category is that screenshots, not copy, carry most of each section. The brand is Default, matching the catalog name, and only "Platform" opens a dropdown.

Above the fold

The hero places the two-line headline on the left and a short grey subhead above a white "Request a Demo" button on the right. A row of muted customer logos follows. Beneath it, a wide mock-up splits into a chat panel that answers "Show me all inbound-sourced pipeline" with a four-row table, and a canvas titled "Inbound Form Routing" with a "Publish" button. A toast reads "Workflow published successfully!".

Problem statement and three feature cards

Below the fold the page turns to a centred statement, "Your revenue stack wasn't built for agents", with a grey paragraph beneath. An "Introducing Default" eyebrow opens three stacked feature cards, each with a "Learn More" button: "One source of truth for every agent" shows a seven-row contact table, "Every tool you need to run your go-to-market" shows a workflow canvas, and "Turns prompts into insights and systems" shows a chat panel.

Governance card, quote and capability grid

A "Governance" card carries "Every action is reviewed, logged, and reversible" above a version-history list. A centred quote follows: "It's the control layer we're using to run GTM from the same brain.", credited to Matt McGonegle, Director of GTM Operations, Cortex. The "Every capability needed for go-to-market" heading introduces a two-by-two grid of cards, including "Native access" with an "In beta" tag, plus "Integrations", "Unified data" and "Audit logs".

Closing section and footer

The testimonial block, headed "The world's best revenue leaders are building their orgs on Default", is a grid of six cards with names and job titles such as Mack Caruso, Director of Revenue Operations, Bland AI. A framed panel titled "Agent infrastructure for go-to-market" ends with one "Request a Demo" button. The footer has four link columns headed "Platform", "Tools", "Company" and "Legal", and a "Watch the launch" button.

On mobile

At 390 pixels the hero headline wraps to three lines and the "Request a Demo" button drops below the subhead. Product mock-ups shrink to narrow strips where table text is hard to read. Feature cards become one column with each screenshot below its text, and the capability grid becomes one long column. Testimonials show one card per row, and the footer link columns collapse into two columns of two.

Worth borrowing

  • Split product mock-ups stand in for feature illustrations in every card on this page.
  • Benefit headings written as full sentences, such as "Every action is reviewed, logged, and reversible", replace short labels.
  • Logo rows appear both under the hero and above the testimonials, in the same muted grey.
