Giga
giga.ai/
Giga builds AI support agents designed to autonomously improve a company's own support metrics over time, framed less as a cost-cutting tool and more around time reclaimed: "Life's too short to waste time manually moving metrics." The homepage structures its pitch around a three-part cycle — Build, Observe, Improve — emphasizing that the agent adjusts itself rather than requiring manual retraining. It gives DoorDash individual spotlight treatment among its customer logos, citing a 90%+ resolve rate and framing the client's own scale ("nearly 50 million people each month") as part of the proof. Other specifics include support for 99 languages and a stated ceiling of up to 98% agent performance in tech and software verticals, backed by SOC 2, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001 certifications.

More blog pagesGiga design review: how the homepage is built
The Giga homepage is 15,714 pixels tall on desktop and runs from an orange-to-blue gradient hero holding a voice and chat demo panel, through a logo row, an industries card and a scripted chat walkthrough, to a three-stage Build, Observe, Improve sequence, a DoorDash story, an email closing block and a footer. Below the hero the page sits on near-black, close to #060607, with orange reserved for the "SEE A DEMO" button and small labels. Headings use a pixel-dot display face, geistPixelLine, over a smaller sans for body copy and labels.
Above the fold
The nav lists "Platform", "Solutions", "Industries" and "Company", with "Sign in" and an orange "SEE A DEMO" button. A small label reads "AI AGENTS FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" above the pixel-font headline. A wide two-part panel sits below: a black half with "hello_", "Enter your work email to unlock Voice and Chat." and a "Continue" button, beside a beige hardware-style dial marked "TALK", "VOICE" and "CHAT".
Logo row, industries card and chat walkthrough
A logo row shows afriex, toast and flex. "Giga agents are flexible." follows with a card, "See how Giga will improve your business.", with an email field and a "BUILD MY PAGE" button. "Agents that keep getting better." then pairs a five-step list, from "The customer asks" to "Giga gets better", with a chat panel where a declined card at a Vegas hotel leads to a limit raise and an upgrade.
Build, Observe and Improve stages
Under "Turn every conversation into a better agent.", three stages each open with a large white word. "Build." shows lines from "Knowledge", "Tools" and "Guidance" converging on "Your agent". "Observe." shows rows labelled "Orders", "Billing", "Scheduling", "Returns" and "Accounts" filled with dot grids running from "Earlier" to "Recent". "Improve." repeats the converging lines, ending at "Your agent, but better". A pill switch with "BUILD", "OBSERVE" and "IMPROVE" sits under each.
Customer story, closing block and footer
"DoorDash handles delivery issues end to end with Giga." pairs a photo of a woman taking a red delivery bag with a quote from Andy Fang, Co-Founder, DoorDash, a "90%+" figure labelled "Did We Resolve Rate (DWR)" and a "READ THE STORY" button. The closing block, "See what Giga would resolve at your company.", has one email field and a "SHOW ME" button. The footer has columns headed "PLATFORM", "SOLUTIONS", "INDUSTRIES" and "COMPANY".
On mobile
At 390px the page is 14,748 pixels tall. The headline and subhead stack above the email panel, and the beige dial panel moves beneath the form. Each step of the five-step list becomes a heading above its own chat frame and the footer becomes a two-column link grid. The "SHOW ME" button stays beside its email field, and the quote stacks under the DoorDash photo.
Worth borrowing
- A hero panel that asks for a work email beside a "TALK" dial turns the first screen into the product demo.
- A numbered five-step list synced to a scripted chat follows one declined-card case from "The customer asks" to "Giga gets better".
- One pill switch labelled "BUILD", "OBSERVE" and "IMPROVE" ties three stages to a single "EXPLORE THE PLATFORM" call to action.
