Getmagicform

getmagicform.com/

MagicForm builds forms that don't just collect data but branch into different automated outcomes — a calendar booking, a PDF download, a video, or a custom action — based on how someone answers, then pushes results into tools like Slack, HubSpot, or Google Sheets. Its tagline draws a direct line against competitors: "Most form builders stop at collect... MagicForm keeps going." The homepage demo shows a live "action log" of triggered workflows alongside real funnel numbers (22.2% conversion, 78% drop-off) rather than illustrative placeholder stats. Pricing is concrete: a free tier capped at 100 submissions a month, a Basic tier at 1,000, and a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. It also runs comparison pages against Typeform, Tally, and Jotform.

Getmagicform design review: how the homepage is built

The page brands itself as MagicForm, the same company the catalog lists as Getmagicform, and it sits on a pale ground (#f9f9f9) with near-black type (#171717). Desktop runs about 8,487 pixels, moving from a centred hero and tabbed product frame through three Build, Act, Measure cards, a feature grid, pricing and a long comparison table, then FAQs and a closing band. What stands out for form software is the copy-led hero: the product is shown as a tabbed editor rather than a finished form, and pricing appears both as plan cards and as a plain comparison table.

Above the fold

The fold centres a small pill reading "For founders and GTM teams" above a three-line headline, "One form. Multiple outcomes. All automated.", with an orange underline under the last line. Beneath it sit the subhead, "One lead books a call. Another downloads a guide.", a line reading "Your form decides. Automatically." and a black button labelled "Create your first form". Below, a product frame carries four tabs, "Forms", "Success variants", "Actions" and "Analytics", over an editor with a field picker.

Build, act and measure cards and feature grid

The "Build. Act. Measure." block uses three cards with captions: "Leads notice when your form looks off" over a form mock with a Work email field, "Your form should do something after submit" over an action log, and "See which step is costing you leads" over a "Conversion funnel" panel. Below, "And everything else you'd expect" leads a grid of twelve features in four columns, from "27+ field types" to "Shareable links".

Integrations, pricing and comparison table

"Connect your tools in two clicks" sits above a field of logo tiles, followed by "Pricing that scales with your business" with a Monthly and Annually switch. Three plans sit side by side: Free at €0, Basic at €12 per month marked "Most Popular", and Pro at €28. A long comparison table below groups rows under Core, Localization, Integrations, Analytics and Developer, with check marks in each tier column.

Closing section and footer

The closing band reads "Stop treating every lead the same." above "Start for free" and "Talk to us" buttons. The footer opens with a short tagline and link columns headed Product, Use Cases, Compare and Resources, where Compare lists rival form tools. A bottom line carries "Terms & Conditions", "Privacy Policy" and an "All Systems Normal" status pill.

On mobile

At 390px the headline breaks onto four lines and the buttons stack under the subhead. The product frame shrinks to a small strip. The three Build, Act, Measure cards become stacked blocks with captions below each mock, and the feature grid turns into two columns. Pricing cards stack vertically with Free first, and the comparison table becomes label-and-value lists per plan.

Worth borrowing

  • Make the headline a three-beat phrase with one underline on the final word, so the claim reads at a glance.
  • Show the product as three captioned mini-screens, each labelled with the outcome it produces rather than the feature.
  • Turn a comparison table into label-and-value stacks on mobile, so each plan's values stay readable without sideways scrolling.
