Clickup
clickup.com/
ClickUp is a work-management platform bundling project tracking, docs, chat, whiteboards, and an AI layer it calls "Brain," pitched under the slogan "Software to replace all software." The homepage's headline is explicitly about cost rather than features — "Save money. All Apps, AI, Projects, Chat + 20 more." — before the usual save-time and productivity claims follow. The signup CTA repeats "Free forever. No credit card" multiple times down the page, and one feature callout cites "400% more done" as a bare number without attribution to a study or customer. Trust signals are thin on this pass — a single client logo appeared rather than the large customer wall competitors in this category typically run.

The homepage runs about 12,573 pixels tall at 1440px. A white product hero leads through a logo strip and a problem explainer into a black block about Brain², then returns to white for team solutions, statistics, compliance marks and a gradient closing card. Colour is mostly near-white and near-black, with detected values #1a202c, #fefefe and #e8e8e8, while gradients are kept for AI artwork. Headlines use Plus Jakarta Sans with Inter for body copy, and monospaced uppercase labels tag the cards. The distinctive element is one bold claim above a very dense feature grid.
Above the fold
A thin bar reads "NEW: Brain² — The best AI is your AI." The nav lists six items, with "Login" and a dark "Sign Up" button at right. The left column stacks the headline "Software to replace all software", three checkmark lines, a dark "Get started. It's FREE!" button and nine pill tabs from "Projects" to "Scheduling". A product screenshot fading out at the bottom fills the right, above six customer logos.
Problem framing and product grid
The headline "60% of work is lost in context – and AI is lost without it" sits above a grey tangle illustration and three columns, "Context Switching", "Context Missing" and "Context Stitching", each with one statistic. Then "All apps, AI Agents, and humans in ClickUp" introduces about fifty small icon tiles. Four larger tiles, "Projects", "Docs", "Brain" and "Chat", interrupt the grid, and the outer columns fade toward white.
Super Agents and Brain² on black
"A new era of humans, with Super Agents" carries two buttons above a glossy gradient mask and a portrait of a person wearing it. The page then turns black for "Brain²" and two bordered grids of three cells, labelled "CONTEXT", "INTELLIGENCE" and "PERSONALITY" among others. Each pairs a monospaced caption with a small interface mockup. The block ends on "The only AI that actually knows your work" and a white button.
Closing section and footer
Back on white, tabs sit over a grey card with four agent rows. Four figures follow, "384%", "$3.9M", "92,400" and "<6 mo", then three video testimonial cards, G2 badges and four compliance marks. A full-width gradient card says "All your work, all your people, all powered by AI" with a white button above desktop and phone screenshots. The footer has five link columns and four social icons.
On mobile
At 390px the page is about 12,472 pixels tall, nearly matching desktop. The hero screenshot disappears, and the pill tabs become a three-column grid of icon tiles including "ClickUp 4.0", followed by a second "Get started. It's FREE!" button. Logos wrap into two rows. Brain² cards and the four statistics stack into single columns, and footer links collapse into accordions headed "AI", "Download", "Product", "Compare", "Company" and "Help".
Worth borrowing
- Pair a short claim headline with checkmark benefit lines and a "Free forever. No credit card." note.
- Switch to black for one feature block, using monospaced uppercase labels on bordered cells.
- Close with a full-width gradient card repeating the call to action above product screenshots.
