Tennr

tennr.com/

Tennr automates healthcare intake operations — patient documentation, eligibility verification, prior authorizations and routing — describing itself as "an agentic patient orchestration platform built for policy-grade decisioning and patient flow at scale," and says it processes millions of care pathways monthly. Rather than generic efficiency claims, the case studies cite specific before/after operational detail: Home Medix says it now takes referrals 75% faster with 4x the volume, and another customer describes going from a three-week intake backlog to same-day processing, with one quote referencing handling 260 faxes in a single day. The hero promise, "No delays. Fewer denials. Optimal patient journeys," is followed by press logos (Fortune, Forbes, Axios) and HIPAA/SOC II compliance badges.

Tennr design review: how the homepage is built

The Tennr homepage is 8,654 pixels tall at 1440px wide and opens on a terracotta red field, then switches to a pale beige for most of the page and returns to dark brown for the footer. Detected colours include "#9a4d45", "#c8785a" and "#eedfd1". Headlines are set in a light serif, Feature Display, with ABC Marfa Light for body text and small spaced capitals for eyebrow labels. The distinctive element is the absence of product screenshots: stacked translucent panels in orange and brown stand in for imagery throughout, and buttons are square-cornered.

Above the fold

A transparent nav has the logo, "Product", "Customer Stories", "Resources" and "Company", plus a beige "BOOK A DEMO" button. The eyebrow "RIGHT PATIENT. RIGHT CARE SETTING. EVERY TIME." sits above the left-aligned headline "Move patients forward", a four-line paragraph and a single "LEARN MORE" button. A fan of layered orange panels, brightest at the bottom, fills the right half, and a second red band, "With Tennr, patients flow", follows.

Value statement and logos

The background turns beige for "No delays. Fewer denials. Optimal patient journeys.", centred above three short columns, "Move patients to the right places", "Slash first-pass denials" and "Close the loop in care coordination", and an "EXPLORE THE PRODUCT" button. "Trusted nationwide" then introduces a scrolling strip of white logo cards with offset shadows, including "FLOMED", "SimonMed" and "KabaFusion", cropped at both edges.

Patient flow and testimonials

"Patient flow, optimized" lists five plain paragraphs without headings beside large brown stepped shapes. "What our customers say" follows with three white quote cards, each with a small headshot, name and title, and three pagination dots. "Tennr sets a new standard for healthcare ops" then lists "Patient data that flows on autopilot" in dark type and four faded headings, with a small document illustration at the right.

Case studies, press and footer

"How top teams use Tennr" shows three white cards, "HomeMedix", "Eastern Medtech" and "NEB Medical", each with a logo and one outcome line, and an "EVEN MORE CASE STUDIES" button. A dark brown press band, "Better operations make headlines", has five outlet logos. The closing line "No backlog, no bottlenecks—just growth" and a "GET STARTED" button sit above an oversized wordmark, nine links and two compliance badges.

On mobile

At 390px the hero headline and paragraph sit left-aligned over the same orange panels, with the layered shape behind the text. The three value columns stack and centre, the logo strip keeps its sideways scroll, testimonials show one card at a time, and each tab of the "autopilot" list opens into its own heading, paragraph and illustration. Case-study cards stack at full width, and the footer wordmark spans the width above a two-column link list.

Worth borrowing

  • Abstract layered shapes in the brand colours carry the hero and section breaks, so the page needs no product screenshots to hold attention.
  • Small spaced-capital eyebrows such as "THE BOTTOM LINE" label each section before a light serif headline, giving a consistent entry point.
  • Three-sentence value columns with one dark button, as under "No delays.", keep the main claims scannable before any proof appears.
