AI Work
ai.work/
Henry, from ai.work, is an AI worker built specifically for IT operations — resolving tickets, managing access requests, and handling onboarding by plugging into existing ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Ivanti rather than replacing them. It calls itself "the first AI Worker for IT" and leads with a 60% reduction in Mean Time to Resolution and 40% of tickets resolved end-to-end without a human. A sample dialogue shows Henry handling an employee named Guido Scorza's request and explicitly escalating a group-membership change to the IT team, illustrating a human-in-the-loop limit rather than full autonomy. The page also carries a notice of a ServiceNow acquisition dated July 2026.

AI Work design review: how the homepage is built
The ai.work homepage runs about 14,187 pixels tall at desktop width and carries a "from ServiceNow" attribution in its top bar. The hero photograph of a mountain valley supplies warm olive and amber tones, close to #262818 and #a67857, while the near-black page and its dark sections carry the rest of the scroll. Light cards such as the chat prompt use #f9f9f9 for their surface. The detected family is NB International Pro, set in Regular for headlines and Light for body copy. The distinctive move in its category is a set of product mock-ups, chat cards, skill cards and a bar chart, showing the assistant at work rather than abstract icons.
Above the fold
The hero is a full-bleed mountain photograph under "Introducing Henry." with "The first AI Worker for IT" below it in a lighter weight. Beneath the subhead sit two buttons, "Request a Demo" as a pale filled pill and "Request Discovery" as a dark outline. Two cards follow, one reading "Figma dev seat required" and a prompt asking Henry to read the policy and grant access through Okta. The top bar links "AI Workforce", "Platform", "Integrations" and "Company" beside the "Request a Demo" button.
Integration strip, skill carousel and ROI chart
Below the hero, "Works with your ITSM." sits over a scrolling strip of logos including Coupa, HiBob and Confluence. The "Skilled, pre-trained & ready for work." carousel shows skill cards, the first titled "Distribution list management" with three action rows and the second "App access management". The "From Day 1 to Top IT Performer in 30 Days" block compares bar rows labelled Employee A to Employee C with Henry in purple.
Client quote, how-it-works and integration blocks
A centred quote reads "Henry quickly became one of our top-performing IT agents.", attributed to a CIO. "AI that learns from real IT work." introduces stacked blocks titled "Text to resolution", "Turns real IT work into skills." and "Skills run autonomously, under policy.", followed by a Slack-style channel mock-up under "Turn 100 forms into one conversation." A closing block, "Runs inside the systems you already trust.", floats logos around a central icon.
Features grid, closing block and footer
The "Powered by AI Worker OS" grid holds tiles such as "Multi-Agent Orchestration", "Continuous Learning", "Skill Studio" and "Governance, Security & Observability". The closing block reads "Onboard Henry." above "Start with one ticket type now." and a "Request a Demo" pill, then two news cards. The footer carries link columns headed by numerals 01, 02 and 03, with a large ai.work wordmark at the bottom.
On mobile
At 390 pixels the hero photograph stays, but the chat cards stack under the buttons and the integration strip scrolls sideways. The skill carousel shows one card at a time, and the ROI bars sit in one column below their heading. The features grid becomes one column of tiles, and the footer link groups stack with the wordmark at the bottom.
Worth borrowing
- Show the product's own chat cards in the hero.
- Pair each skill card with the tools it touches.
- Use a named employee bar chart as proof.
