Gorgias
gorgias.com/
Gorgias is a conversational AI helpdesk built for ecommerce, combining an AI agent, support inbox, and sales engagement into one system aimed specifically at Shopify brands. Its hero line - 'Conversations that drive revenue, not just resolutions' - reframes support tickets as sales opportunities, and the page backs it with pointed figures: 40% of Shopify brands as customers, $500M+ in revenue attributed to conversations through the platform, and a claimed 60% automation rate for support inquiries. It runs a named '50 in 50 program' pitching 50% automation within 50 days, and links out to its own public 'AI Agent Benchmark,' using third-party-style evaluation as a trust signal rather than only customer logos and testimonials.

More blog pagesGorgias design review: how the homepage is built
The homepage runs about 8,737 pixels tall at 1440px. A full-bleed street photograph hero leads to a white logo grid, pale grey feature cards, a feature list, customer stories with statistics, a dark partner section and a photo call-to-action above a dark footer. Colour stays neutral, with the detected coral #ff9780 reserved for "Book a demo" and the newsletter button. Headlines use light-weight Inter Tight, with dark sign-up buttons and tinted pink glows behind the cards adding the only other accents. Section labels appear as small outlined pills. The distinctive element for a support product is a retail shopping chat overlaid on lifestyle photography.
Above the fold
A pale bar reads "F*ck BFCM fears. Let's burn them together" with a close icon. A floating white pill nav holds the logo, five menu items, "Login", a coral "Book a demo" button and a dark "Sign up free" button. Over a blurred sidewalk photo, the headline "Conversations that drive revenue, not just resolutions." sits left with "Discover pricing" and "Book a demo" buttons. A mock chat about a blazer floats right.
Logo grid and feature cards
The line "We power customer conversations for 40% of Shopify brands" introduces fifteen monochrome logos in three rows of five. A grey band follows with the headline "Built for brands that know every conversation counts." Beneath are four rounded cards, "AI Agent trained on your brand" and "One conversation. Everywhere." among them, each with a soft pink glow and a small interface mockup.
Feature list and customer stories
"AI Agent + Helpdesk, built as one." has a dark button, then two wide cards, each with a left title and a two-column grid of six icon-led features. "Our customers say it best" follows with a video card showing "19.2x ROI". Three statistics, "$500M+", "17,000+" and "4.2x", sit in a row. A four-step timeline from "Today" to "Day 50" pairs with a card reading "8.8x".
Closing section and footer
A centred quote about passing "50% automation" is attributed to a customer service lead. The page then turns dark for "Backed by the best", with "OpenAI" and "shopify" cards and four short icon blurbs. A rounded photo banner says "Start driving revenue from every conversation" with "Try it for free" and "Book a demo". The footer holds an email field with a coral arrow button, five link columns and a B Corp mark.
On mobile
At 390px the page grows to about 10,788 pixels. The chat mock moves below the two hero buttons. Text stays readable at body size. Logos become a three-column grid. The four cards stack as full-width rows, the feature lists become single columns, and the three statistics stack. Partner cards stack too, and the closing banner buttons stay side by side.
Worth borrowing
- Overlay a realistic chat on a full-bleed photograph so the hero shows the product in use.
- Group features into wide cards with a short left title and a two-column icon grid on the right.
- Place a numbered timeline from "Today" to "Day 50" beside a single result card.
