Weav

weav.com/

Weav builds AI support agents trained directly on a company's own website and documentation to resolve customer questions across email and chat without a human agent. Its hero leads with a blunt, specific line rather than a feature description — "You didn't start a business to answer support emails all day" — paired with a single core metric it repeats throughout: resolving "over 70% of customer questions on its own." It explicitly positions against chatbot competitors by name of behavior rather than brand, framing the pitch as "stop circling with bots, start solving with specialists." The homepage points to a live blog with September 2026 posts and a public status page and changelog, though it names no specific customer logos in the fetched content.

Weav's landing page, section by section

Each section below is cropped straight from Weav's live page — useful references for sales & support landing page design.

Weav design review: how the homepage is built

The weav.com homepage runs about 13,780 pixels on desktop and alternates full-bleed bands of saturated blue, pale pink and white. The hero sits on #2052eb blue, with a phone mockup held in a hand. The page switches to #fadbe5 pink for the AI agents section, then returns to blue for the training and reporting blocks. Typography is STK Bureau Sans. The most distinctive element is the phone demo, which shows a live conversation rather than an abstract illustration, and the lower third switches to dark panels holding an API code sample.

Above the fold

The headline reads "You didn’t start a business to answer support emails all day." above the subhead "Weav learns your business from your website and docs, then resolves over 70% of customer questions on its own." Two buttons follow: "Get started free" in white and "Book a demo" in a muted blue. A phone on the right shows a chat with "Anna" receiving an order-fix reply.

Agents panel and real-problems comparison

Below a logo strip headed "Trusted by the brands that set the standard for CX", the "AI agents" panel lists "Inbox", "Chatbots", "Ask Weav", "Training" and "Reporting" beside an inbox mockup. Under "Solve real problems, not just questions.", three ticks read "Deep product knowledge", "Upload additional training any time" and "Ditch the bot loop and deploy an expert", above two chat panels, one with a sourced answer.

Training, inbox and sync messaging

The blue band "Support more customers in just a few minutes" is text-only, followed by "Train weav once. Watch it improve forever." with ticks "Learns from your team's best tickets", "Updates instantly as your docs evolve" and "Smarter with every customer interaction". "A workspace where humans and AI work together" sits on grey above an "Explore inbox" button and a tablet-style inbox.

Closing section and footer

The lower page offers "Launch in minutes. No code required." beside a phone photo, "Explore Weav" with six tiles, and "The latest from Weav" with three posts, including "Chatbase Pricing vs Weav: Plans, Credits, and Costs in 2026". A dark panel reads "Developer’s choice, enterprise standard." beside an API request, and the page ends with "You’ve seen how it works. Now put it to work." above a footer.

On mobile

At 390px the headline, subhead and "Get started free" button stay first, with the phone moving below the copy. The four-logo strip stacks vertically, and the "AI agents" panel becomes a single white card whose five items are stacked rows. The two generated-reply cards go single-column, and the "Explore Weav" tiles become six full-width rows. The desktop menu becomes a menu icon at the top right.

Worth borrowing

  • Alternate full-bleed blue, pink and white bands so each section change reads as a new section without any divider rule.
  • Use a live product conversation as the hero visual, with a named customer and a resolved order, instead of an abstract illustration.
  • Pair each feature headline with a short tick list, as in "Upload additional training any time", so the claim stays scannable.
