Qount
qount.io/
Qount is a practice management platform for tax and accounting firms that pulls together operational, performance, and client data — including from connected third-party systems — to flag risk and profitability issues before they compound. Its homepage headline, "Practice Management That Helps Firms Run More Profitably," is backed by a tight band of specific percentage ranges (8-12% per-client revenue growth, 3-7% higher realization, $150K-$500K margin recovery in mid-sized firms) rather than single round numbers. It personifies its AI layer as "QAI" and structures a section as a direct comparison table contrasting traditional practice management against its own approach, framed around preventing "write-downs," "scope creep," and "deadline scrambles" — accounting-specific pain points rather than generic productivity language.

More blog pagesQount design review: how the homepage is built
The page runs top to bottom as a left-aligned hero beside a dashboard diagram, three tick cards, a firm-logo carousel, a before-and-after comparison, a row of result figures, four alternating feature blocks, a six-card platform grid, an integrations strip, a dark AI statement, a security block, a case-study slide, three blog cards, a demo call to action and a link-heavy footer. It is 13781 pixels tall. Near-black #1a1a1a alternates with white panels with rounded top corners, and a lime-yellow highlight marks buttons, tags and numbers. Type is Inter in a light weight.
Above the fold
The headline "Practice Management That Helps Firms Run More Profitably" runs three lines at left in thin white type. A paragraph follows, then a lime "Get Demo" button and a white "Explore Features" button. At right, labelled tiles under "Integrations", "Work" and "Platform" connect by dotted lines to a white alert card and a set of counters including "312:40" and "58%". Three tick cards sit underneath.
Logo carousel, comparison and result figures
"Helping hundreds of accounting firms run smarter" heads a grey logo row, each with a "Case Study" tag. A lime "Watch a 90s Overview" button follows a heading about "What happened?" and "What's happening?". Two dark cards contrast "Traditional practicemanagement", with five orange crosses, against "Practice management with Qount", with five green ticks. "Better insights. Bigger impact." introduces a scrolling card row with "5–10%", "$150K–$500K", "8–12%" and "3–7%".
Feature blocks and platform grid
A white section opens with "Qount’s AI turns Practice Management into Practice Intelligence". Three text blocks alternate with dark panels showing app mocks: "Protect margin by keeping work moving", "Catch client risk early and protect retention" and "Turn day-to-day work into better decisions", each with three diamond-bulleted rows in a grey box. "Platform overview" has "Explore Platform" and "Get Demo" buttons above a grid of six cards from "Work" to "Document Management", each holding a small mock.
Integrations, security, stories and footer
"Qount works with the tools your firm already uses" shows a strip of tool logos such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Gmail. A dark block lets the assistant QAI introduce itself above an empty white prompt box. "Built to protect tax and financial data" pairs two certification badges with three rows. "Why firms love Qount" shows a Kaizen slide with "Eric Joern" and "123%". Three blog cards, a demo banner, five footer columns and a newsletter field close the page.
On mobile
At 390px the hero text comes first and the dashboard diagram drops beneath it. The three tick cards stack. The comparison cards stack, and the platform grid becomes six full-width cards, each with a plus icon. The logo carousel is cropped to two names, and the footer folds into labelled link groups above the newsletter field and a full-width lime button.
Worth borrowing
- Setting "Traditional practicemanagement" against "Practice management with Qount" with crosses and ticks makes the positioning claim scannable in ten lines.
- Placing four lime figures such as "$150K–$500K" in a sideways-scrolling row shows results without a chart.
- Alternating white and near-black bands, each with rounded top corners, separates the page into distinct chapters.
